Since I opened my account at Regions, I have not been able to use Zelle due to an error that the Bank's system throws, I have gone to different agencies 3 times, I have called the customer service number and no one can solve this problem. When I go to the agency they tell me to call customer service, when I call customer service they tell me to go to an agency, I have already done it 3 times and the bank does not offer me a solution.

This is by far the best bank in Tampa, FL. I've never felt so good leaving a bank before! The banking team makes you feel right at home and is super helpful!

The incompetence at this branch is on another level. I started with a simple call to order checks for my CHECKING Acct. An elementary task but after dealing with 800 number people nothing is simple at this bank. The banker there even laughed at me bc of my frustation. I did not appreciate that at all but she was foreign and guess that's how its done elsewhere. I have never seen that in my many years of being a business owner. The other banker had never even heard of voicemail?? Cant make this stuff up. Beware of anything with regions they are undertrained and under deliver...always. Stock price is having a great year...wonder why.... taking my business to Chase very soon.

One name Eli Suro.Eli, over at Regions Downtown Tampa Location and his team are the idea of what GREAT banking is. Every visit is better then personal, its mood-changing and that comes with excellent help too whatever needs I may have at the time. Sometimes I go even if what I need can be done online because I know that team makes a difference.

Anyone considering using Regions, avoid them like the plague! They do not stand behind their customers over charge disputes and always side with the merchants even if it's blatant fraud. I made a dispute and was denied for no proof of returning the items. Despite never being told to do so. I then re opened the disputed and was denied again being told that the time to make the claim had passed! Which of course is bogus as the original disputes were within the appropriate time allotted. Regions is terrible!

Worst customer service. I explained that I had been on hold for over an hour, and the person decided to laugh and then hang up on me. I have never so upset. I will never bank here again. Once they have your business, thats it!

Worst Bank Ever!!!! I have tried calling Regions Bank seven times to resolve an outstanding loan in my deceased step mother's name. Each time, I have been given different information and then told they need to transfer me to a different department. And on each of those calls, they dropped the call. This was after being on hold for at least 15 minutes each time I dialed in. Can these people please be trained on how to transfer a call? Completely ridiculous! Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!This is the worst bank I have ever had to do business with. Complete bunch of imbeciles. Don't do business with this bank.

Customer service is terrible and "team lead" Danishia Rodriquez is incompetent and a pathological liar. This woman shouldn't be allowed to bag groceries and certainly shouldn't have been hired to work at a bank.

You would think it impossible for a bank to, without authorization, transfer funds from your account to a third party account and refuse to refund your money, but that is exactly what happened to me when I wrongly trusted regions bank. Branch managers who took the report never officially filed the report and a investigation I thought was underway for months turned into over a year - no resolution was made. Regions bank is corrupt and the branch manager (M) is completely incomplete. Do not trust regions bank!
