After Hurricane Helene destroyed our vehicles, I needed a vehicle quickly. Since I had to drive from South St Pete, I asked for the drive off cash price. I was assured that the price was as on their website. Instead it was the usual used car shtick. Added fees and unexplained expenses. I not only will not buy from them, but will no longer consider Subarus in the future. Thanks for wasting my time, gas, and PTO. Would love to give a no star rating.

On October 31, 2024, my wife and I returned to Subaru of North Tampa to purchase our second Outback. Subaru of North Tampa is just simply an awesome dealership! Professional, courteous, and friendly are the first words that come to mind.
We were assisted by Candy K Sweet and William Barrell. They helped us through the purchase process in a respectful and understanding manner. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the dealership, the purchase process and the 2024 Outback. Immediately, upon entering the dealership, we felt like acquaintances, not just customers. Upon leaving, after our purchase, we felt like part of the Subaru family!

I just bought a car from Triston last weekend. He took all the time I needed to show me the ins and outs of the car and such. He was not pushy or demanding like other sales personnel at other dealerships are. The whole atmosphere in the dealership just felt very warm, welcoming, and laid back. After losing my car to Helene I was on the hunt for a particular car, year and color. Tristin had the car on his lot that I wanted. After a few phone calls and text messages I left Treasure Island area and drove to his location in North Tampa. Within hours I drove away in my dream car. Thank you, Tristin, for being so incredibly patient and understanding my loss. I will definitely refer people your way.

Bought a used 2018 Rav4 and they didnt give me 2 keys, only one. Called multiple times and was given excuses every time.
Service department would give you the run-around stating they cant give a second key, shouldve gave it when car was purchased, etc.

My experience with this dealership has been nothing less than exceptional from the day I purchased my vehicle throughout routine service maintenance. The customer service is always very friendly and helpful. But the reason I went from 4 stars to a 5 star review is Andy Matthew. His willingness to go above and beyond for the consumer is duly noted. He presented with integrity and honesty when it comes to whatever a person’s needs and concerns might be. I am highly pleased with Subaru of North Tampa and would recommend them without hesitation.
