I purchased a fleece jacket for my daughter and it was never received. After a few weeks, I called to check on the shipping date and they said that they sent it. They gave me an ambiguous USPS tracking number that could not track a delivery to my address only to my city. Red's representative said that's my problem. When asked why I never received a shipping notice like previous orders, she said that she didn't know. Very questionable that I have to call about my purchase only to find out my daughter will not have her jacket and I'm out of $60. I wish the Charter Schools did not make it mandatory to use one company.

I never leave negative reviews but it has been 5 weeks since I placed an order for my kids uniforms for school! I understand things get behind but 5 weeks to make some shirts is ridiculous. $250+ for shirts I wouldn't expect a 5+ week wait! I have emailed and was told it would get sorted and shipped this week and yet have not received anything about it being shipped.Update: I definitely have an order number because I've been emailing them back and forth and today I finally received an email with the tracking number and nothing else. No apologies or anything from you guys.

Poor quality! I can’t believe they sent me an overpriced iron on shirt! Feels like paper! Can’t bend or fold it. They do not accept returns or exchanges so you’re stuck with it. I will never do business with them again. If you do, make sure you see the items first! They will take your money and not accommodate you! Horrible!!

I really wish the schools would use a different vendor. Prices are high and they are unwilling to accommodate small changes on orders that are processing and aren’t even in production. Meaning I will have to wail until the order is produced and shipped. Then return the item and pay a 15% restocking fee. Then place an online order for one replacement and pay shipping for that one item since they don’t offer in store pickup.

Had a great experience with TJ at Red's Team Sports. The have supplied our office with all sorts of products but, mainly new work shirts for our office and field staff. Great company and always willing to help and guide us the right way with our selections. I would recommend this company any day!

Horrible quality, horrible service, horrible timing. Many of us are still waiting on school uniforms that were ordered well in advance of school starting. Before you comment back with some bull about chain issues understand that other uniform stores are not having the same issue and have an abundance of material. Do not use this company and I hope that all of the parents kids that spent their money on this overpriced company listen to the parents and kick this company to the curb. Twice the price but half of the follow through. Also hanging up on customers that call you out on stuff is real rude.
