These guys really stand behind their products. Expensive boots but I had a minor issue and they just swapped them out on the spot. 9 months after purchase (thank god I kept my receipt).

Good afternoon. Although I live in South Florida, I always make a point of visiting this particular Red Wing store whenever I need a fresh pair of boots. I like the quality of the boots, and I especially appreciate the attentive staff at this location. Ilma was my salesperson today, and she provided friendly, excellent service!
Their latest foot sizing system is fantastic...with the data it provided, it allowed Ilma to bring me the correct sized boots AND insoles which made my feet feel as if they were standing on feathers! I've had the boots on for a few hours now and I'm happy to report that no break-in period was required and they feel very comfortable. Thank you Ilma and thank you Red Wing for another great shoe-shopping experience!

The boots are not comfortable at all, otherwise they want to sell you insoles and to make matters worse they are not
They are cheap and then they don't have change, only the change that they give is for merchandise and you don't say that, you just say that they have a 6-month warranty. I let them lose one money, one gain. I don't recommend that store. I left them the boots in the same store I don't care about the money

I have purchased the classic redwings for the past couple of years with great success and each pair of boots lasting 1-2 years and are worn as my main pair of boots work and play. I decided to try a cheaper Irish setter which ended up tearing my feet up and were the opposite of comfortable. I was told by a different redwing store close to my job that these do not have a comfort warranty because they are not redwing brand. I called the Tampa branch where I purchased the Irish setters from and the store manager confirmed there is not comfort warranty on any boot that has a different name on it from redwing but that they would work with me and exchange the boots for me. I am very happy with the kind store manager and her willingness to help me out which says a lot about the store itself. It is instances like this that will ensure I stay a lifelong redwing customer!

I took my red wings into be cleaned. It's a service that usually all red wings offers this is my first time using this specific red wings store. I gotta say I am utterly impressed on how not cleaned they are it took then 4 days and it looks like they just slapped some oil on they were not cleaned. And the whole shoe isn't even oiled all the way spots are missing and there's oil on the cloth parts where oil is NOT SUPPOSED TO GO. So now it looks like I have oil stains on my boots. This is ridiculous I only bought these like a year ago maybe worn all of 2 months and they look gross I don't even want to wear them with the grease stains. Yes the yellow specs on then are sulfer with I can touch with my nail and it crumbles that's not permanent. Gonna go home and I guess clean them myself and hopefully salvage them. I have wearing grease stained cloth shoes. I feel like I need to just buy a new pair now. ?

Redwing sells faulty products that injure their clients. Just bought a pair of iron rangers and had my finger cut open first time I put them on at home due to loose jagged metal. Absolutely terrible quality control
