People complain about the prices but the place is always full and the line to pay remains super long. This store has an impressive inventory to choose from. There are several colored discount tags every day. I just wish they accepted card payments.

I really wanted to like this store, but unfortunately I won’t be back. The prices are high and all sales are final, no returns. They have a lot of clothes to choose from but no fitting rooms. They only accept cash, no debit/credit cards. I was excited to come here for the first time and left disappointed.

This place has become a pit of greed. “Not for profit” yet you guys get 80% of your inventory via donation. Prices are sometimes more than the actual price of it new at stores. Instead of accusing people of price swapping, be transparent in your pricing and stop nickel and dining people to death with your fake promotions. It’s ironic that every time you run a “sale” there are 3 or 4 junk items tagged with your “promotion” or when you have aged inventory “lettered” to previous pricing even when the tag says a different price. The whole purpose of thrift shopping is to find deals. Majority of your inventory is donated and overpriced to retail prices. Please stop your mysterious pricing model that never seems to be correct to what the item is listed and go back to the old pricing you had a few years ago when stuff was actually worth what you charged geared at the clientele instead of your pocket. Your staff should ensure items are priced correctly instead of being rude and accusing the customer of changing the price. It’s a little ridiculous that something that has the price tag on it can be exponentially more. In most cases it’s cuz your coding on the bottom isn’t communicated to your employees and they just make sure to accuse you or anyone else of switching the tag when it obviously hasn’t been touched.Stop accepting donations if you want to charge ridiculous prices and strictly buy your inventory and then I could see the rational of your prices. However your employees are just are rude as hell to customers when it’s your responsibility to tag the items properly and keep your staff up to date on that days pricing scam. Not to mention 90% of your behind the counter items you are selling are counterfeit and knock off items that you have priced at retail or well more than their actual worth.Would love to see how much money you’re pocketing in the process and hiding because it’s to the point where it’s obvious price gouging and pocketing for ownership.

They are way overpriced for a thrift store. I couldn't find a person who could speak English to ask a question till I was checking out. The High High Priced items that are behind the register should be in an area where they can be seen before checking out. If you ask a question about an item they have another person come over & you have to go to another area. Then if you want to buy it you are at the end of the line again. Plan on spending a lot of time there if you are looking for a particular item.

I went there last week. The place is huge.Found exactly what I was looking for. They only accept cash.Very clean and organized. My three stars reflect on who i assumed was the manager who was rude when asked a question because when I asked the cashier a question she needed to ask himNo habla Englis. Would go back for the bargains but won't ask questions or help.

Cash only is incredibly stupid and stinks of crime

The prices are very high for mostly used items, even clothing with tags are priced higher than that stores like TJ max or Amazon would carry it for. I’ve been there a couple times and everything keeps getting more and more expensive. Not worth to make the drive for second hand items selling as if they are new.

Store is huge and has a lot of cool stuff. It is pricey for a thrift store but they have tons of deals everyday on colored tags. Huge selection of shoes, tons of name brand. I will say CHECK ANY VIDEO GAMES, CD OR DVDS you buy. Bought a few CDs and usually I check but they had price sticker over the seal. Took the chance and when I got home most of them were empty. You'd think they'd check the things they put out so people don't get ripped off. It's cash only which is kind of a bummer and even with signage easy to miss. First time there I walked in shopped for about an hour and on my way to checkout finally saw the very plain sign that blends in with the walls "cash only". Had to leave my cart. Overall it's okay and you can find some cool stuff and get good deals just make sure you check everything and bring cash lol

The prices are high, but I only buy sale colors priced under 5 dollars. Also, I know how to spot designer fake bags and shoes. This place is overflowing with fake designer bags, shoes, and clothing . Buyer beware...

I generally try to leave positive reviews for places, but this is probably the most disappointing thrift store I’ve ever been to.The main three reasons are:1. The Prices. I know they have rotating discounts based on tag color, but that aside, the prices are already on par or worse with other resellers online, like eBay or Mercari. Other times I’ve seen prices on items terribly inflated way beyond any reasonable expectation. (If you are looking for thrift stores where you can flip items for a profit, this is not the place).2. Clothing Lay Out. This is probably dumb and just me, but when I’m looking to buy clothes while thrifting, I’d like to be able to find the items within my size. Not here. Clothing items are sorted by type and color. So if you’re looking for something that’s a specific size, then good luck. You’ll need to sift through all of the items like an old timey prospector looking for gold.3. Fitting rooms. There are none. So, when you do finally find something that should fit… you can’t check. And since all sales are final, if you get home and something doesn’t fit, well, sucks to be you.I’ve read other reviews and I’ve not had to interact with any staff, so I can’t speak to that part of the experience nor the Cash Only aspect. I’d guess part of the reason they’re Cash Only is to avoid interchange expenses and/or chargebacks.Others seem to love this place, and that’s fine, but for the reasons listed above, it’s clearly not for me.
