From day one, every thing that could possibly go wrong with the sale of a house, and its subsequent scheduled closing, did. It was a volatile market, there was lots of competition, extremely high interest rates, and a title company that got hacked, which pushed the closing back 16 days during the holidays! (Just to name a few of the things that went wrong).
