My delivery time was at 1300. I checked in at 12:30. I’m out of here at 1400. Everything went great employees great loading and unloading great great experience.

I wish i could rate this place 0 star I rather Quit Trucking instead of coming to deliver a load here again, These ppl will easily take 5hrs just to start unloading you even though you are on time for your appointment, and I’m hearing it’s even a longer wait for pick up, these guys must be in there just playing around all day.

This may not be the worst company anymore and one of them I've been waiting for 4 hours to load more before. There had to be a number to call, pass this number to give me another number, very lack of organization and respect for the driver.

Just left this place at 4:30
... got here at 3pm for at 3pm apt everybody nice and laid back they said they have made changes....paper work by 4:01 out at 4:30pm ....maybe it's getting better

I am here now and have been here since 4pm. I checked in at 4:13pm in the office and got a door at 5:40pm. It is now 7:11pm and after reading these reviews I went over and looked in my trailer and it is still empty. You can see in between the trailers and the doors and not one trailer is being loaded and I stood there for 15 minutes. But 4 different forklift drivers were driving back and forth through the warehouse like they are just wasting time. This is why I say stop paying by the hour and pay by the trailer. It shouldn't take longer than an hour to load a trailer. Make it $20 a trailer and watch how many trucks they will get out of here in a day to make their money. Because I know they don't make $20 an hour so you pay $20 a trailer and you will get some production out of your workers.

The worse place in 18 years driving every truck driver is waiting for overel 12 hrs to be loaded I just left with out my load after 13 hrs waiting

If you are reading this before your check in for pick up just refuse the load , if you are delivering - my condolences) 25 trucks in line and they dont even bother to speed up , u lucky if there is space to park inside otherwise park alongside the road and wait

Really didn't think the reviews could be that true. I had loaded here before, 2 hours normal, TODAY 9NHALF HOURS to get loaded. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THAT A PLACE TAKE THIS LONG TO LOAD. Which in turn cost me my next load.

This fulfillment center really needs to get their act together, a few months back, they used to unload trucks 24/7, but now they only take loads 30 minutes before appointment time. On average, it takes them 1.5 to 3 hours just to unload a trailer, and if you need to get unloaded and reloaded, you're looking at close to 4 hours of waiting around. I've heard some crazy stories from other drivers who show up in the afternoon and end up waiting over 5 hours to get loaded, sometimes even having to stay overnight. The loading area is a mess too, with potholes all over and these weird speed bumps that make no sense. Management there seems to move super slow.
It would be really nice if they could just get their shipping and receiving process squared away to get us drivers in and out quickly, like how it's done at some of the other RC Moore locations around the country. That would make everyone's life a lot easier instead of having us stuck waiting for hours on end.
