Robert is very friendly & easy to work with. They have fair pricing and provide an itemized quote to understand how the cost was calculated. I also had the pleasure of working with Arlene and their installers, and with every interaction, I found them to be knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous at all times. RB Custom installed handrailing for my Multi-Family buildings, and the finished product looks great. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

I contacted RB Custom Welding and Fencing to see if they could adapt and install an antique iron gate. Robert came over the next day to look at the project. While he was here, I had him look at two other gates that needed a lot of TLC. He said he would be able to do it all. I got the estimate that same afternoon. The following day he came and took two of the three gates to his shop for alteration and painting. The day after that, his team brought them back and installed them as well as repairing and painting the one he had not removed. The whole project was seamless and I was thrilled with the end result. I would definitely call on them again for any future work.

RB Customs really came through for us. They built our rails for our staircase. We have gotten tons of compliments from family and friends. Best job we have ever seen. Wow! I am still beaming about my rails that were done by you guys. My husband loved it as well. The guys here were also very prompt and efficient. They patiently answered all my questions and worked well with all my requests. Very affordable prices. The owner took the time out to call and made sure I was satisfied. Robert and his crew came through for me this weekend. I had a car crash into my gate and damaged it badly and I called Robert and he came and looked at it right and started making a new one right away. He even worked overtime this weekend to have my gate installed and it looks better than ever. Thanks again Robert.

If I could have given them no stars I would!!! Horrible customer service, they are overpriced and dishonest! They don’t accept local jobs! If that’s the case make your business a commercial welding business

RB custom welding and fencing did my whole house in river view they made it so beautiful. Rails were so beautiful it's the best work I ever seen yet I really can't complain about how RB did them and the house. The workers were so nice and polite they had the job done in short time.

Robert is a good man and a credit to his profession. He designed, and installed beautifully crafted interior rails for us, perfectly matched paint colors and has stood by his product. He is a skilled craftsman, a dying breed and a rare find in this overly mass produced imported world we live in. He may not return your call or email as soon as you would like but your patience will pay off in the end. Thank you again Robert.
