In September, you increased my payment by $20 even though there was no renewal. I called you and you did not fix the problem. You increased it by another $20 in October. You said that the problem was related to a discount. OK. In November, you increased my payment by $50 more. In total, you increased my payment by $100 extra every month. Even though there was no renewal. i call the ray mathews office she told me some stupid excuis for charge after 18 years maybe time to left to state farm

I want to give a huge shout out to Latoya!I’m in a very unique and difficult situation with open claims and my current homeowners insurance company not renewing policies this year. My policy expires this month.Most places I contact either don’t return emails and voicemails with my pleas for assistance and guidance, or I receive a quick reply that there’s nothing they can do. The last thing I need is highly unaffordable force-placed insurance from my mortgage company.Latoya called me this morning in response to an email I sent to this office yesterday. As she’s needed more info, she’ll call me and says she’ll find answers to her questions and she’ll call me back, which she does each time.I don’t know what the outcome will be as she is still working on a few things for me, but I’m extremely impressed and grateful for her willingness to take on my challenging situation and while trying to find a policy for me.I highly recommend using Latoya as your insurance agent!!

I encountered a very negative experience at this State Farm. I had given the representative my information. I wanted to transfer from a State Farm location in Georgia. I did not hear back from the representative as one week passed. I really needed to get Florida insurance to get my license changed to Florida. I called the representative and she asked for my information again. I reminded her that I had already given her the information. She stated that they are busy. I told her that I was a customer like everyone else. I then asked to speak to the agent Ray Matthews. She told me he was on another line. I have been a loyal State Farm customer over thirty years. I have never encountered anyone like this that works for State Farm. The people at State Farm treats me like family. I didn’t get the professional service that I was accustom too.

I have been with state Farm since the 80s and this office is the worst I've dealt with. Whenever I make changes to my policies errors are made that require multiple calls for correction. Now one policy is being cancelled for lack of information that I have actually provided 3 times!
