Unreliable and slow; service has become worse over the past few months. Starlink will put them out of business

The service is horrible. Even on a clear night .the speed is barely enough to watch TV .Even with their top of the line package

This place is unfriendly. Their internet is slow. We pay them 99.99 a month and we're downloading at 25. My son is at 650 and pays 49.99. Not to mention everytime it rains it goes out and after the rain I'm on the phone with tech because it dosnt come back on. If you have options on internet go with the other company not this one!

Horrible I only have 15 Meg over 3 I'm paying $89 a month and I'm lucky if I get 6 to 8 meg on a good day I can't even watch a football game but they have no problem taking my money every month I have had an open ticket for years they can't seem to do anything with it. They don't have any interest whatsoever in correcting this they have oversold it it's overcongested

Their service is definitely better than satellite internet, but their speeds are not consistent. The speed I currently pay for I think I might have had for 2 days in a row then the next day the average speed was slower, then good again, then bad again. It's very up and down. I pay for a certain speed and I have never gone a week where I actually had that speed everyday......this is according to my Google wifi system at home. BUT if you live out in the country this is the best option out there.

They used to be good, but in the last few months their technology has become unstable. When we are working from home our internet speed is very important to us.

Well can't tell you about there service since I have none. Was sold product, they took my money and been waiting on install. Nobody cares, salesperson made his sale, installation dept needs attitude adjustment.

Customer service from tech support is incredible! Shaw goes above and beyond when I had a problem in the past, then again when I upgraded my speeds for faster internet. I'm so glad customer service cares about fixing an issue. Even when I was scheduled for someone to come out and fix my problem, he continued to work on the issue even without being on the phone. Called me maybe an hour later and said it was fixed. Thank you rapid systems for trying

I scheduled for the service on May 1st for 29th. On 29th morning, 8:00 AM, I got text technician was on his way. Around at 4:30PM, I got a text saying that they cannot come today, I need to reschedule. A lady called and rescheduled for next day before 11AM. Next morning, no one showed up and I already canceled my previous internet connection. Today, 1st June, early in the morning I got a call saying I didn't I respond yesterday when the technician was at my house. I have camera set up and it did not get any one from Rapid System. I guess the technician lied. Now, they want me to reschedule for June 18th. It is really unprofessional, and I do not have internet service.- Unprofessional technician/s,- Good internet service

Sebring Fl. ...I got internet service installed yesterday. Staff was great. After they left I did a speed test and my download was 5, upload speed5. I called , left a message they called me back in less than 2 hours, and increase speed while I was on the phone. They then called the next day to follow up.

Rapid systems is unbearable at best and as far as I am concerned should lose it's license to operate. I suffered for 4 years with their service, knowing that I really had no other alternative living in the country in Lithia. Their signal is so bad that they moved my antenna about 6 times on the side of my house each time leaving holes in the crown and soffit. Eventually they told me that I needed to put in a pole. I told them I was nursing bad car accident injuries and could not dig any poles. I had to hire help to put the pole in. They told me pole was wobbly so I had to hire help again, this time cementing and putting in cross beams. Since then they changed out dish on that pole 3 times. They have been at my house pretty much monthly fixing this or that.My neighbor raises hell over the phone because none of us get signal or speeds or anything that is promised. Every time the wind blows or it rains anywhere within 1000 miles or just for no reason at all, internet goes down. When it is not down, upload speeds are pathetic. At time of me writing this I am on 5th day of trying to upload a 20 minute video to youtube. Youtube streaming is 480p if you are lucky, most of the time it just sits there and buffers.I had many calls to tech support which are largely incompetent, constantly accidentally screw something on their end and have a template reply of "we need to send a tech support out". Paying $80/mo for dial up speeds with 70% downtime is not something you wish upon your worst enemy.I finally could not take it anymore and cancelled. Using Verizon hotspot with Wilson electronic booster I get 4glte plan that flies faster than a jet plane, has 100% uptime and I am paying less than what I was paying before.Just think about it... a 75gb unlimited plan with hotspot and iphone from Verizon (with 100% promised service) costs less than a 4gb Verizon iphone plan + rapid systems (with 30% of the promised service).Company is wasting money sending techs out on the daily to fix whack a mole problems. If they invested into developing network (ie laying cable, putting up more towers etc... maybe their service would be worth rating a 2/5... maybe.I have threatened them to cancel for 3 years. I finally did. I feel rather relieved about that.I had 15mb package, went through 3 dishes and 3 different bands of signal... round dish, another direct tv looking dish and patch antenna. They have been at my house dozens of times (quite often volunteering to fix something at random times through the year), I have been on the phone dozens of times. Heck, even to cancel... they charge you additional month of service. Mind you that all correspondence must be done by hand, scanned and faxed so even cancellation had to be hand written. To the owner.... Good day to you sir. I said good day.Ohh... and for crying out loud... change your ridiculous disco music on the phone system. That and the "welcome to rapid systems, please listen carefully as our menus have changed". Yes... they changed.... never....

This company is horrible! I pay $99 a month for their "fastest" internet speed for my son's residence as he is an avid gamer who streams on a daily basis in competitions, etc. They are the ONLY internet option where my son currently resides. The internet constantly goes down, their customer service representatives vary so while a few are good and really try to help, others don't care at all. The scheduler puts him on the schedule and then takes him off because on their end it looks like he should be up and running which leaves him w/o internet for days at a time. I've explained to all of their representatives that he is Bi-polar I (the worst) and is just getting started with finding the correct medications, etc. so he does NOT deal with stress especially with regards to losing his internet when gaming actually calms him and keeps him level. These people don't care, do not take me seriously, do not understand mental illness and do not look to provide good customer service. In this latest incident, they scheduled a tech to go out 2 days ago and then cancelled because they said on their end it the service looks fine. When he called to tell them it was still down they scheduled a tech for today (2 days later) and now again cancelled this tech. He has been without internet for 3-4 days and is now blowing up their phone, my phone, etc. and they have the audacity to call me and leave me a msg stating that my son is harassing them and to please call him! I told them this would happen - HE IS BI-POLAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even called to speak with a manager and he said they are going out there tomorrow to which I responded that they needed to change their schedule and get him taken care of immediately since they are the ones who cancelled his first 2 scheduled timeslots and that they are creating a volatile situation with a person who has a mental health issue!!!!! Worst internet provider I've EVER worked with. If you can avoid living in the area they service you'd be well advised to avoid it.
