Be careful who you hire, unfortunately for us we had to go through them because of a project we started with Lowe’s. They told us they can give a 200$ credit for a shoddy work. I was told since I signed the paper stating there might be variations in granite, they can’t do anything about their lack of common sense of obviously glaring color difference that happened during fabrication. But we were told tough luck. Supposedly cut from the same slab ?yeah a yellow one and a red one ?Stay away. Don’t waste your money.

Ramos Marble and Granite installed our counter tops and backsplash. I cant begin to tell you how professional the team was. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was the best. Rory and Lewis did both installs and displayed a level of professionalism that is rare in today's time. The most amazing part of the install was the detail that was placed on ensuring a seam in our backsplash was transparent to anyone looking at it. We could not be happier.

We started renovating our kitchen and Ramos Marble & Granite was recommended to us. Whitney helped me find the exact type of countertop we were looking for. Scheduling was a breeze and the measurer and installers were thorough and professional. We actually got our counters put in AHEAD of schedule and it turned out beautiful. We highly recommend them!

Effective communication with the office staff. Layla answered all questions to our satisfaction. There were no surprises. Their price points were consistent with the market. One competitor's quote was 20% higher and they do not provide this level of high service. This is our 2nd kitchen installation by Ramos. The installer, Renee, is very detail oriented and talented. He truly enjoys his work and delivers spectacular results.

The work was highly professional and immaculate. I had my backsplash and countertops done by them, and the results were stunning. The installers did an excellent job and maintained a clean workspace.

We had an excellent experience with Ramos during our new build. Gail was so wonderful to work with and provided great insight and guidance on selecting our countertops in all rooms. Rene our installer was such a pleasure and is very skilled. We appreciate his hard work and attention to detail during the installation. Our counters are beautiful! Thank you Ramos!

I recently had a marble double vanity installed in my master bathroom by Ramos. I worked with Giuseppe. The service I received was excellent, he answered all my questions and the turnaround time from picking the marble to install was fast and efficient.I will use Ramos again and the service I received from Giuseppe was superb !!

The granite was installed on Friday and there is an extremely noticeable mismatch at the seam. Not only is the color different, the pattern is also different. I contacted Dalia to let her know that this will be unacceptable. It took her more than a day to get back to me. She said variances are to be expected. I've had many people look at this in the last few days and it clearly looks like it came from different parts of the slab. My counter is not large and they should have been able to cut cleanly from the original slab. Still waiting on a resolution.
Ramos Marble & Granite did come up with a resolution. They ordered a larger slab of granite so there wouldn't be any mismatches this time and the new counter looks great.

A beautiful finished product in our quartz from Ramos. Rory and Luis did an amazing job managing strength and finesse along with stamina until nearly 9pm at the end of a long Friday to complete our installation with professionalism and excellence. A 4 x 10 foot slab for the island is around 1200 lbs. With two guys and a cart, it was moved from Tampa and across our lawn and lifted onto our new cabinet island. A one piece full width and height backsplash between brand new finished surface on our cabinets was finessed into place with no damage and a tight fit.

We had a great experience with Ramos Marble & Granite. Whitney accommodated our crazy schedule for the design appointment. She did an incredible job of managing the entire process through completion. Great communication. Rene was the installer, and he also did a fabulous job. The work looks so good, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Ramos Marble & Granite exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to have stone/countertop work done for them.

What a wonderful experience having our countertops installed by Ramos Marble & Stone. At the start, Layla was prompt getting a ballpark estimate (with limited information on what we were looking for); she spent time with us as we looked at options and ultimately we chose one of the 3-4 slabs that she estimated.
Junior, the installer, and his co-worker did an excellent job with the installation. They were careful and did great work.
Working with Ramos was a pleasant experience and we would use them again.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Ramos Marble and Granite! Layla was amazing! I had been looking for a specific piece of quartz for a long time and Layla searched all their remnants and found the only piece they had! She showed me many others for another bathroom and she found the perfect one. Measurements were taken later that day and one week later I had gorgeous quartz countertops! Danny, the installer and his coworker did an efficient, professional and precise job.They were very careful and left everything spotless. I'm so happy I found them!
