This place SUCKS. Walked in expecting to see the faces from Slim & Jim's along with a massive inventory. Instead I found a mostly empty store stacked with water cases and floor fans. I'll NEVER return. Total abortion of a GREAT establishment.

Waited 15 minutes to be helped by someone who doesn't know what he's talking about. Was sold a higher priced worthless drill and some supposed to be stronger screw tips that just break. Waited an additional 15 minutes after I paid for someone to bring out what I bought. Used the repair shop 4 times and never fixed issues, I just threw away 4-6 month old drills.

Best prices I could find online, they contacted me through phone and email after my order and were able to lower my price, shipped in a timely manner. Look forward to doing more business in the future with them.

Took my Bosch drill for warranty service on 1/13/11. CSR said it would be about a week. I called 6 days later, told parts were in stock, but they had not started the repair yet. I stop in 8 days later (Monday holiday) and find out the parts had to be sent from Miami. Would it not be logical to evaluate what is needed the first few days to be able to order it? Worse that the slow repair for my main work drill, I was shocked at the attitude of the people in the repair shop. I did not feel that Jim & Slims staff cared about my problem at all. They seemed to actually delight in not providing quick service. No empathy. I would not use Jim & Slims for my Bosch service in the future. I recommend you avoid Jim & Slims if at all possible.
