I went there at 12 noon. The Hispanic ladies that work there have 0 customer service and you can tell they are racist. When I walked in and a few other women of color walked in the didn't greet us at all but as soon as a white lady walked in they yell out "WELCOME TO RAINBOW!!" Like, really??Then when it's time for me to check out she doesn't greet me at all, snatches my item out of my hand and rings it up. After getting rung up and paying I say thank you and she didn't even say anything back.This rainbow had everything I was looking for but next time when I come back I will not speak to acknowledge the rude Hispanic workers ever again.

I deliberately drove from Brandon to this locate for the shoe sale (2 or more for $10 each). I chose shoes that were under the sale signs. The register rung them all up for regular price. Therefore instead for getting (4) pair of sale shoes for $40 like I anticipated, I only purchased (2) pair for $30. I’m not sure if this is a COMPANY ISSUE or a MANAGEMENT ISSUE. But I was not the only one with this issue in the store at the time. This definitely needs to be addressed. The shoes are either on sale or their not.

Tons of clothes, all pretty cheap! My teenage sister LOVES this store. Staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. Found some cute things for myself, too!
