Nothing inside the store is priced correctly. They count on you just paying the price in scans as and not the price on the shelf. All prices are wrong on the shelves. Pathetic.

Air pump is controlled by another company and it’s 99% broken. The employee knew but would not inform any customer as they walk in to get change for quarters.

To the general manager your team members at RaceTrac is great Mr Jim the manager is awesome Marcus is awesome Victor is awesome Miss D is awesome everybody has great customer service and goes out of their way to make customers feel like they're at home I come to your store versus Wawa and I'm a rewards member better ice better cups way better variety me and my family love your race track We shop there all the time PS thank you Marcus for all your help when we need you

The rewards program is a complete rip-off12000 pointsEarned 99% of them with desiel fuel & racetrack decided I wasn't using enough points & started removing pointsI called to complain & the CSR acted like a mindless robot.He just kept saying read the new rulesI purchased $40 - 50 thousand of fuel & that's how they treat their consumers . Some stores are closed at night & advertise 24 hrs & refused to use the night window. It makes it impossible to get a receipt when the pump doesn't have paperI understand corporate doesn't care, but if a lot of people stopped purchasing anything from them, they would change things

I used to come here for lunch and the only wraps they had were chicken ceasar which tasted awful. Now, there isn't even that and then there's also never any roller items.
