never answer the phone rude management. takes people last dollar could careless about anything but there poorly ran illegal business coparts was picking up my car wouldnt let me give verbal authorization like any other tow company how to get these people shut down anyone ?!

Bottom feeders. Type to take you for your last dollar. Not to mention, their signs are not posted to even find where your car is when it’s towed. That is ILLEGAL. This business has no redeeming qualities, is low class.

They towed my car and I had to call over 10 times to get it. I got charged an extra 35 dollars for the extra day but they wouldn’t pick up the phone when I first called them.

They towed my car even though that only parked for few hours and was in the process of getting my permit,that is not my main issue ! My main issue is that the attitude and treatment, they will make you feel that you are in a prison or you are under their control and mercy. They should be prosecuted

These guys are legal crooks all visitor parking was taken because it was a busy night as 42nd she was a new resident so they didnt have parking passes and she got towed and i got towed also. 249$ each absolute robbery.

This is the worst towing company! I have been living at my apartments about 4 years now and early Sunday morning my car was towed. I called and asked why was my car towed and everynight it is in the same spot and has all of the requirements. The lady said the person mustve mad a mistake and the only way to get my car is pay $325! I paid the money because if not it would have been more. This place didn’t even ask for my registration, or anything just my license which is illegal. Anybody could’ve came and got the car with a license. Also on the ticket it said my house was 60 miles away from the tow shop and it was only 6.5 miles. This place is horrible and money hungry. I am getting a lawyer involved, reaching out to the better business bureau & disputing the transaction with my bank.

I came back to a warning about my car being towed for an expired tag at The Ivy apartment complex. My tag is already renewed and the sticker hasn’t been delivered yet. If my car is towed tomorrow I will be pressing charges. This is not in my lease agreement and quit frankly none of your concern. If you were a cop you could look it up in the system which is probably why I haven’t been pulled over for it! DO NOT TOUCH MY CAR!!!

The most unreliable company we have ever worked with. Called them in 4 separate occasions and they never showed up. Dispite they tell you “some ones on the way!” Horrible customer service. I pray this company sises to exist!

Bad for business and probably down bad financially.
Lied and told me one price to get the car out then added $100
On top. I was very polite each time but these people that work in this business all have a certain attitude and demeanor just rude and no compassion.
Until something bad happens to him.
Update to their response: spoke to their employee on Friday and she stated care can be picked up with no proof of ownership as long as it’s cash or debit. Stated if using credit will need proof of ownership.
Don’t let them fool you.

This place is so horrible. Towed my car out of my apartment complex garage because they "had a new driver that didn't see the sticker" .... Excuse me?? What is that bullshit? After calling in and freaking the fuck out- they came to the conclusion that the sticker was in the window and that they would do a no charge "give back". Absolute joke of a company, better not fucking happen again

We contacted him to move. Two of our campers. He showed up right on time was very efficient was very cautious, towing our campers and help us set them up when we got them there. Great service, great person very friendly and polite.

A PLACE WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE THE LADY TREATS YOU WITH A VERY BAD ATTITUDE WHEN YOU COME TO LOOK FOR THE CAR AS IF SHE WAS DOING YOU A FAVOR AND THEY CHARGE YOU 245 DOLLARS PER PERSON YOUR CAR HAS NOT EVEN BEEN TOWED FOR 1 HOUR AND THE TRUTH THEY ARE TERRIBLE RATS ILLEGALLY LIFTING CARS THAT ARE WELL ALLOWED TO PARK ABOVE AT 2AM THEY LIFT THE CARS WHEN ONE IS ASLEEP THIS COMPANY IS VERY DESPICABLE! IN THE END THEY ARE RATS AND LET THEM ANSWER THAT I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE.
