I normally don’t post reviews, but because I used to be a phlebotomist I know how things should be done and how patients should be treated. The phlebotomist that called me in missed my vein, she inserted the needle under the skin instead all the way above my vein and I could even see where the needle was going under the skin, she connected the tube and I said “it’s not in the vein” (I didn’t give her an attitude or was rude at all) and she had the courage to say “that’s because you moved” (I did not move, I was a phlebotomist for years and am now a nurse, so I definitely know not to move the arm) so I said quietly “I did not move”, she then proceeded to pull out the needle and said she was going to have another tech re-stick me, instead of just sitting Illini back slightly trying to get the vein that was right there so I was stuck twice. I personally don’t care if they have to stick me many times, but don’t blame the pt for your mistake and much less punish them, I know anyone could miss a vein but assume your mistake. She then passed to Laurie I think and she was nice and professional, but the curly hair phlebotomist I found her rude. Wait time wasn’t too bad.

Absolutely worst service and operation. I booked my appointment. Here early. They couldn't get my lab requestHad to go to FedEx to print.Tech was not helpful. After 1.5 hours had to leave or be late for work. All this fasting and prep for nothing and they had no response or suggestions on how to solve. Just terrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would for the process, people and technology issues. Absolutely terrible experience at this location specifically. Clueless staff that mess up the order of standby and skip people without stopping to think about the implication and experiene of that person endlessly waiting bc they messed up.

I had probably the fastest, and most painless blood draw in my life here. I informed the nurse about my tricky veins and how many nurses often can't find my veins so I end up getting fainty. Some have even given up! She took one poke that I didn't even feel, took four vials and was done. I came in as a walk in and waited maybe five minutes. Blood draw took maybe two minutes. Quick and painless and the nurse was sweet and kind. Thank you again for your professionalism!!!

Arrived at 3:05pm for walk in lab work. Checked in at the kiosk and saw my name added to the board as a walk in. I watch several people with appointments get waited on. 25 minutes later and with only 2 other people left in the waiting room, a lab tech comes out and announces that they are done with labs for the day. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Terrible customer service.

Showed up as a “walk-in” at noon. When you check in on the kiosk as a walk in it basically schedules you the next available appt for that day. The staff is friendly. I had my printed script but they never asked for it, they were able to see it electronically.

Don’t go to this office, it’s dirty, one staff member was rude. I got there and only 1 other person in office, I checked in as a walk in and ahead of a girl that also checked in as a walk in after me and she was called in first, within minutes of getting there. I waited for over an hour before I got up and walked out! Very frustrating!!!

I had an excellent experience at Quest Diag lab today. My phlebotomist was amazing.My veins are hard to find, they usually attempt several times to draw my blood ( and because of that I faint) . She did it on the first try. I think her name is Daileana, she is one of the floating phlebotomists.

Important informationIf you go to this location for Labs make SURE you bring the Request on Paper. Your Doctors cannot FAX IT TO THEM even If they SEND it Days before your Appointment they only can do the Labs if it's on PAPER. They will not take it Verbal over the PHONE from your Doctors office. Also you might want to go to a different location even if it's a long drive. READ the reviews. The reviews don't Lie. It is useless TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. YOU WILL WAIT AT LEAST 20 TO 30 MINUTES PASS YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. BUYER BEWARE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. GOOD LUCK

I have tiny veins. She took extra time to find a good one before poking me.Much easier to schedule appointment than another lab. Friendlier too.

I have veins you could drive a truck through. There's no reason I should've been bruised this badly. It hurt when the needle went in and for another hour afterwards. The bruise is 2 1/2 inches long. The technician needs to be retrained to be more gentle. When I complained that it hurt, she said "Oh, well, we can stop here and do the other arm." I had blood work done at a different Quest location last week and you could barely see where the needle went in and it didn't hurt. I will not be coming back to this location in Carrollwood.

Both visits to this location I had people who are either incompetent or enjoy causing pain. Both technicians punched right through my vein. If I could upload a picture of the bruise after 7 days you could see for yourself.

The Worst blood test experience I have ever had. I checked in at 12 o 'clock for my 1:30 appointment. Waited till 2:30, got a chance to ask a staff member why they kept skipping my name on the TV screen even with the walk-ins. After that I go go here again to asking here you didn’t tell me anything about my appointment she ooh I forgot let me check by the way her name vintry or something like that and she was talk to me so bad and she threw the information paper for me I’m really feel so bad for what happens to me
