Great experience with Quality Roofing. Hard to find good people and great customer service in todays times but they have both. I dealt with Josh, and he was the man, went above and beyond to help us out. Highly Reccomend for any roofing needs.

This company is great they came in with a lower estimate then all the other companies. They came to repair my roof the next day and were done in two days. I highly recommend using them.

Great company to work with and to work for! Quality Roofing treats their customers with the utmost respect and professionalism! They are very reasonable and respectful with their staff! The roofing repairmen are very skilled and knowledgeable with their work! Quality Roofing is overall the best roofing company in the state of Florida! I highly recommend this company to any homeowner who is in need of a new roof and or repair!

I requested a quote for a complete new roof. My roof is a little complicated because there are wood decks over my roof on the front and back of the house that need to be removed. Essan Siddiqui at Quality Roofing told me he would get a quote that week, but it never came. I called him a week later and he said they were busy and he would send me the quote the following week. Again, it never came. I waited a month and called a third time requesting a quote. He said he would send me a quote by Friday. Once again I never received a quote for the new roof. I checked my spam folder and he never emailed any quote. If you want to be lied to and have your time wasted, then use this company. If you want to do business with honest people that do what they say they will, look elsewhere.

Quality roofing puts on a good roof. While all companies have hiccups, these guys can get it done.

Our building was hit by a water spout in Aug of 2021. Our HOA Board hired and signed a contract with Quality Roofing to replace the roof. This is job is over $200,000, which includes a sub roof that was not installed until Feb. of 2022. We have been waiting for Quality Roofing to complete the job. We (board members) have tried to contact Quality Roofing several times to get information on what they need, and when they are going to complete the job they were hired to do. They will not answer or return our calls after leaving messages every time we've called. We feel their lack of communication is very unprofessional, and we are now starting to get nervous because the warrentary of the sub roof will expire in Feb. 2023.

Update: Lauren quickly reached out to me and schedule a time to finish the project. She kept me updated through every step and the team came and complete the work very timely. I've been working with Ehsan and Lauren on a roof replacement project. Contract signed June 23 and today as of July 29, still no confirmed date when the roof will be installed. We was told the project would start the week of July 12. No one reached out to update about the project when the time came, tried to reach out to them but nothing. Finally got a call from Lauren a week later and was informed the installation date to be July 27, called them July 25 to confirm if its still a good time, Lauren was not sure. I asked if thats the case can we move it to next week, also not sure. Promised to call back and update with me the day later, never received any calls. A good company will always communicate with their clients when they cant meet the deadline and provide alternative solution, this is not the experience I had with Quality Roofing. Now I am left in the middle of the project without knowing when I can continue running my rental. If timing and customer service is important to your project, this is not the company you want to work with. I will update the review as I try to resolve things with Quality Roofing.

Waiting for the roofers for 3 months now. All material has been delivered for over a month. I personally had to coordinate and assist in the actual delivery of the material. And I'm still waiting for a roof. SMH. I understand things happen. This is a bit much.- Want to add the roof is finally finished and meets standards. The whole process did not go as well as any of us would have liked. I would like to add the people I dealt with were very professional. I thank them for that.Service: Roof installation
