I would give a 0, however,it does not allow me to. Quality Auto Air repaired the AC unit in my Camry and put a new radiator cap but did not check the radiator out. After driving a distance the radiator leaked out and blew my head gasket. This caused me to lose my car, pay off the remaining balance and had to get into another car loan. I'm a 75 yr old who I feel QAA took advantage of. Please do not use them. They are not fair and competent. I dependend on my car and they made me lose everything.

My rating is 0 NOT 1 star. It will only allow me to do a 1 star. Quality auto air Inc repaired the AC unit in my Camry and put a new radiator cap but did not check the radiator out. After driving a distance the radiator leaked all the fluid out and caused the head gasket to blow. This caused engine damage. I spent over $300.00 on the repairs of the AC unit with Quality Auto Air and ended up with a blown engine. I still owed on this car. It also made things bad for me since I am a 75 years old and dependend on this car to go to and from work. I had to sell this car for pennies, pay off the loan and eat my losses. I do not recommend Quality Auto Air to my worst enemy. It's not fair that I had to go through this at my age. I feel I was taken advantage of because I'm an elder.
