Horrible experience!! Took off work and was told I didn’t have an appointment when I clearly scheduled one. They had updated insurance but no appointment? Makes no sense. The doctor was available and refused to see me. Very unprofessional scheduling staff member and rude doctor. Claimed I was a new patient but wouldn’t allow we to change my doctor because I’m an “existing “ patient so I should have been able to be seen sooner. Yet they wanted to schedule me as a new patient. The experience as a whole was extremely unpleasant, stressful, and contradicting. Would never recommend.

Very bad attention to the elderly, it is a lack of respect that place if you could call it, I do not recommend it, they do not answer the phone, bad form in short, it is not worth it, it is not pleasant to visit this place.

If you want to see a physician, don't go here. The doctor is rarely in the office so seeing him usually isn't even an option. Additionally, the office never picks up the phone. I have been sent to voicemail every single time I've called during business hours and never get a call back. Getting in touch with them is impossible. I can't even comment on the quality of care because I only saw an NP once. I have been trying to cancel the sleep study I currently have booked for weeks because I decided to see a different provider, but nobody will answer the phones or call me back. They make scheduling a sleep study impossible and are booked several weeks out. Happy to never go here again.

Great Staff and Dr. Ramirez is great. The downside of this location is you are guaranteed to wait a long time to be seen. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or overbooked or both, but there hasn’t been a single time that I was in and out in a timely manner. Everything takes forever ?

I become a patient of Christee due to my wife's recommendation. Unlike many health care professionals today, Cristee actually spent a lot of time listening to me and gathering data to properly diagnose a treatment. I drove from Odessa to see her and it was worth the time

I've been fortunate to be treated by Christee the nurse practitioner for a couple of years. My husband recently became new patient of hers as well. She asks the right questions and is super thorough. I feel heard, cared for and valued as a patient. When we discovered she had been transferred to another office we rescheduled the appointment. We live in Odessa and the drive time doubled but well worth the inconvenience.

This review is for the Brandon office. I don't know what's worse, the clueless office staff, who don't know how to answer a phone or have any idea how insurance works, or the medical assistant who doesn't know what a hiatal hernia is or how having a big hole in your diaphragm could possibly affect your breathing. They also try to trick you into every cash grab procedure they can by claiming it's a requirement of the insurance, which is funny, because Cigna doesn't require any of them.

Here you can expect to wait 1-2 hours and have your nurse pick up a personal phone call in the middle of talking to you about your care! She will then complain to you about the context of that personal conversation TO YOU, THE PATIENT. This place books as many people at once and no, you won’t get to see your doctor. That can be a lifesaver if it’s Doctor Zanchi who is extremely condescending and doesn’t want to bother being around patients. Please do not let the other reviews fool you.

I found my experience very pleasant compared to my last visit. My Dr. was very kind and patient with me and listened to my concerns. Even though I was early for my appointment they saw me right away. It's nice to feel you have an Dr. and the staff treat you with respect and dignity and not like you're a burden to be rushed through to get to the next patient. Thank you so much for making my visit less stressful than it already was. Thank youDee Sandman

This place is horrible. You can sometimes wait for over an hour to be seen, you might see the ACTUAL doctor for two minutes, the staff are condescending and incompetent, the parking lot is unsafe, and there are no medical masks in sight in this tightly packed place. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.The first appointment I ever had was spent with a resident physician for one hour. He was kind but also clearly inexperienced and did not introduce himself to me. When I mentioned I had PTSD, he crudely asked: “From what?” I don’t see how that answer would benefit either of us and no one with PTSD wants to be asked that question for obvious reasons. I saw Dr. Zanchi for maybe two minutes tops. He asked some questions and when I explained I had fibromyalgia, he condescendingly replied: “I’m sure you do.” I was shocked at how rude he was. This was after he and a nurse criticized and staffed the resident physician in front of me, in the small room we were all in. That’s very unprofessional and should NOT be done in front of a patient. After this interaction, I noticed my chart was completed incorrectly anyways despite spending all that time. While trying to leave, I couldn’t get out the parking lot without the help from another patient who was trying to take my spot. I was completely boxed in because the parking lot is very small and narrow. I almost had an anxiety attack because I had to get to work!The next appointment was also a nightmare. It was to follow-up my sleep study and I was waiting for over an hour to be seen. I’m always early for my appointments. When I was finally in a room, Nurse Moodey popped in her head quickly saying “Hello-I-will-be-right-with-you” so fast it took me a few minutes to process what she said. She popped in much later to ask why I was there, where I took the sleep study, and other basic questions she should’ve known. When she finally came back, she tried to go over my results with me but could not answer a lot of my questions. I thought a nurse specializing in sleep would know how to explain sleep study results to me.Overall this place will make you claustrophobic, tired, and stressed. I wish I followed the previous, low-rated reviews and did not waste my time and energy here.

I am already looking for another Dr’s office. The staff is completely incompetent and beyond rude. No one knows what’s going on and they sit and talk instead of working. I have never gotten a straight answer and when I do get an answer, it changes with the next person I talk to. You’ll also wait for hours because they’re triple booked. I can’t believe how horrible this place is.
