I didn’t know that Bore head had a recall. I walked in with the Publix team cleaning everything! I went in a lil earlier to have a good sandwich. They suggested the hot part. But anyone who has had a Publix sub. You don’t not do quality. I’ll wait for a good sun.

Bought a yellow watermelon for 8.99 that apparently found trated chemically that shouldn't be sold to human being.
That us where we got cancer from.
I opened it and from inside has many cavities that empty. Don't buy from thus place .

Very rude senior citizen customers who are oblivious with their own actions. They will hit your parked car with their own without even knowing or caring.

Overall a nice Publix, however, I will stop shopping there as they have no personnel to slice meats and cheeses, all personnel in the deli works making subs and ignores customers standing by the meats. This is not a one time experience, it has happened too many times.

Natalia Immature Store clerk. I explained to her that my debit card was Behind the service desk. She proceeded.
To argue with me and tell me it wasn't there it was in the safe. I explained to her that clerk this morning said that she would leave it there.. Literally nobody in the store. She Took fifteen minutes to go upstairs to tell me that it wasn't In the safe. Only After I asked for the store manager Scott two times he came over. Finally Ask him
If he could find out what was taking so long. Magically the card appear behind the service desk. It was there the whole time.. Having a business here in tampa. She would be the last person.I would hire to represent my business. Not very professional. Rather than looking , she pretended to know What she's was talking about. Use to get great customer service at publix , not so much anymore. Ask to speak with Mike Webb The GM of store. Asked to leave him a voicemail. Set on the phone for another five minutes. This Publix used to be my to go supermarket.
Not anymore!
After numerous times, I'm experiencing the same issues.
I have to write this 1☆ review.
The price at the shelf don't match the price at the register. It happened too many times. Now, I always have to check my receipt before I leave the store for the extra charges. It happened for the sales as well as for the regular price.
The store itself looks good and clean. Most of the employees are friendly and professional.
Another observation is that some products are missing from shelves or are not restocked.

First Publix I ever went to that didn't have cookies to give to children..and never even bothered to open a package on one of their displays...my granddaughter was very disappointed..me too..this was on a Saturday evening..shame on you.. won't be back
