Title: Terrible Service Experience at Publics TodayReview:I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Publics today, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. I arrived at the store at 8:55, eager to purchase some lotto tickets. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple transaction turned into a display of poor customer service that left me feeling ignored and disrespected.As I approached the counter, I noticed a young lady who seemed to acknowledge my presence but chose to prioritize assisting someone else instead. I patiently waited, assuming she would attend to me next. However, to my dismay, she proceeded to help several other customers, completely disregarding my presence.Feeling increasingly frustrated, I decided to make my presence known by politely saying, "Hello." In response, the employee offered a casual and dismissive reply, indicating that I could continue to wait. This flippant attitude only served to exacerbate my disappointment.At this point, I couldn't help but question the level of professionalism and respect demonstrated by the staff. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect fair treatment and prompt service, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to Publics.Customer service should be a priority for any business, as it directly impacts the overall shopping experience and customer satisfaction. Sadly, the service I received fell far below the acceptable standard. It is disheartening to encounter such lackadaisical behavior from an employee who should be attentive and responsive to customers' needs.I sincerely hope that Publics takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate steps to address the issue. Training staff members to prioritize customer service and treat all customers with respect and courtesy is essential for maintaining a positive reputation and fostering customer loyalty.In conclusion, my experience at Publics today was marred by incredibly poor service. I felt ignored and disrespected by an employee who seemed more interested in assisting others than attending to my needs. I sincerely hope that improvements will be made to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such a disappointing encounter in the future.

Always has the best fruit. Store is always clean and bakery is outstanding it will make you spend money. Kudos to this establishment

I ordered princess cupcakes for my daughters birthday. Last year i ordered the same exact cupcakes from a different Publix and they were great. The icing is supposed to look like the princesses dress. You can see in the photos they are flat and the wrong colors, they acted annoyed that i asked them to redo the smushed ones,(this photo is after they "fixed them") Last time i ordered these they came in a white publix box with the toothpicks already in. The girl at customer service was rude, as was the girl working in the bakery. The photos speak for themselves. I wouldn't have bought them but i had no choice since my daughter was expecting them for her class. Pretty disappointed in this Publix both with the cupcakes and more so with the attitude of the staff members. I have never had an issue with any Publix when it comes to how they treat their customers so perhaps poor management of employees is responsible for the oversight in customer service at this location.

Just one cashier for more than 10 items. 5 people in line. The person in front of me left half of the groceries to switch to the 10 or less line. I used to go every day now only when necessary. Since you added the auto check-out I preferred wallmart. Better prices and more cashiers. You try to save money reducing services, but you are really losing sales and customers

Overall this Publix is fine, except for the Deli that is. In the 20 years I've lived in FL, I've been to quite a few Publix and this one has by far THE WORST deli. If you order you subs online, do not expect that they will be ready by the indicated time - they never are. Then, cross your fingers and hope that they got your order correct... OR its ready but not in the grab-n-go Kiosk because they put it far away from the Deli and their team is too busy to relocate it once it's made... They ought to reach out to the folks at Tampa Palms for advice because their store runs circles around theirs.

My daughter and I went by there on a Saturday and it was such a change from the normal Publix environment that it's always crowded with people we were able to go through the store in a casual jaunt able to find everything we wanted. Publix has always got top quality meat and produce we were able to check out the timely fashion and get back in the car and go home.

Ordered a sub online, got there at the promise time and waited an additional 30 minutes as they’re helping everyone else that walks up. They get back to me and ask what I’m waiting for, give them the pick up name and they walk away and grab it out of a fridge. It was done. Get home and it’s not even done right. Not happy. I’ll make the drive and go elsewhere.

I wanted some pineapple in the can with heavy syrup. Found the pineapple but not in heavy syrup. I also wanted that ginger syrup, it’s in a brown plastic bottle, none was there. Very disappointed. But Publix is alright with me.

I found the place very nice to be in and by the fruit section they had little tickets with recipes that looks very good. I saw fruits like plantains and more. They also had free cookies which were delicious as always ?

It's not my favorite Publix, but it's close. The parking lot is usually busy and difficult to navigate when entering, and especially leaving.They tend to run out of certain items quicker because they are so busy. If that happens, we take the short trip to the city plaza location.

Never been to a public that’s unfriendly and this one is the most unfriendly one I have been to! Ask anyone questions and they just blow you off! Also if they’re out of something and you just ask the workers will just shrug you off! I’m super shocked about it because normally Publix are really good ! If I could give it zero stars I would! Everyone has a bad day but when it’s multiple people and the environment is unfriendly, it’s not a good shopping experience !

Same place,which is good. Prices keep climbing,not Good. Bet they will never go anywhere close to what we were used to a tear it 6 months ago. They go up everytime I shop. But its clean, it's close and the employees are always happy and helpful.

Customer service and all staff at my neighborhood Publix are always so friendly, professional and helpful. Yes they are more expensive but the store and parking lot is always clean and I feel good about shopping here because the experience is always positive! Publix gets five stars from me.

Really good service. I love the front end and deli team. I had a problem with a customer service employee today. The store manager Joe called me as soon as he got in to discuss what happened and helped turn the experience around.
