I’ve been shopping at Publix for 40 years. Anytime I go to the store it’s kind of a disappointment. This was the third time I had something happen at this store and this time it happened to a kid and walking away I felt really disappointed in how Publix treated this kid. for years and years Publix always famous for giving a cookie to a kid this sweet little girl maybe maybe be 11 years old walked up and asked for a cookie and the young girl behind the counter said sorry she couldn’t do It. I then told her she was my niece which she actually was and she still wouldn’t do it. Tried to find a manager but no one to be seen anywhere, just disappointing that Publix makes billions and billion of dollars and can’t give a kid a free cookie but I guess in today’s world thays the standard.

There have been multiple times we have driven to Publix(s) and there is no breaded fried chicken anywhere. The fryers already shut down for the night. This is not right before close, but an hour and a half at least before they are closed. There are always multiple boxes of non breaded fried chicken as they are not as popular. All we were craving tonight after our kids went to bed was some Publix fried chicken. Unfortunately we had to settle for a less exciting option (sad dino nuggets). My wife even drove to 3 different Publix in the area and same story. Is this an SOP to stop making breaded fried chicken at prime dinner time. Please adjust this.

It's an okay Publix (outdated, despite being rebuilt fairly recently) with a liquor store next door. Needs a hot bar and coffee bar badly!
Getting in and out of Britton Plaza can be stressful, but there's plenty of parking and a variety of stores. Sundays are especially crowded with the church traffic and sermon propaganda blasting from their outdoor speakers.
