I went to the store when it was the least busy because my friend in Pakistan wanted to know what our grocery stores look like. So I took a few short videos (nothing over 60 seconds) of the shelves and the deli area. Then I passed between five employees. One of them, the manager I think, told me it was against Publix rules to take photographs or videos. She showed me the very small sign on the wall next to the entrance/exit. I was taping when I approached that group of employees and I have the video of the conversation between she and I. Anyway, that sign couldn't be seen until you were exiting the building, after I took the photos and videos. I can't understand why she would question a 65 year old man with silver hair who obviously wasn't bothering anybody, except the employee. I'm not going to that Publix again and I have doubts about going back to any Publix store. There are many other options!

Need to get help in the deli hot foods. Been waiting and no one even acknowledges it. Because ya got one woman working for all these people. Come on Publix you charge enough do better

Over all the store is pretty clean however customer service is always a hit or miss.Ive had a couple of bad experiences in a couple of different departments. The first time a lady at the food station got upset because I asked her were the spoons were. She said “behind you” and I couldn’t see it because it wasnt RIGHTT behind me and she started racing her voice at me. Today the guy at the 10 item checkout told me while I was on the phone “this is a 10 limit item line” mind you I had 8 items and even if I didnt its just the way he expressed it. On the other hand there are other really nice workers there.

I buy chicken wings from this Publix often. It's a great Publix to shop at. It's also the 1st publix I shopped at that had an escalator inside the store.

I love the atmosphere and the management is wonderful. I give 4 stars due to prices. I would love to shop there more often because the quality is amazing, but I have a family of 6 and, unfortunately, it doesn't fit in to my budget or else I would make this my primary grocery store. I know that the prices are out if their control.

Way over priced - yet the fruit is always a few days from rotten. Look at the pictures. I brought it up to the manager once and he dismissed it as if it’s fine. Not sure why publix can’t get fresh fruit for these prices?? It didn’t used to be this way, only past 2 years it’s really gone down hill
