Never had a bad experience here. They’re always willing to help find deals and usually pretty speedy filling prescriptions. Very friendly

They're always willing to help and find a good deal for me on prescriptions. Employees are always kind and smiling. Their attitude is very important, mainly because people go there sick.Fast refills while you're shopping at the grocery. My favorite pharmacy around by far.Thank you!

The reason I’m giving two stars and not one is because Christian and I forget, the one pharmacist name, are phenomenal. Having to deal with Matt Cohen it’s like dealing with a small child. Because of him and the miscommunication in different policies depending on the employee I’ll be pulling my prescription(s) from the pharmacy. I’m waiting on my drivers license to be mailed from the State. My medication requires a state ID so I provided them with two different forms of state IDs along with my military government ID. Some people say that these ID’s work and then other employees say they don’t. It’s frustrating when there’s not a consistent policy.Matt, in particular…… Last time I was here he gave me my three prescriptions and I told him I only needed one of them. He angrily put the other ones back in the bins while having an attitude. Tonight, when he has my drivers license explain I don’t have it, but provided him with three different forms of state and government IDs. He said “I’m not dealing with this you can get in line” he then proceeded to slam the medication and my ID down on the counter while rolling his eyes and walking away. I’ve had several encounters with him like this. But this was the tip of the iceberg. Again, I will no longer be using publix pharmacy due to him alone. I also work in emergency room so when people ask me my personal opinions on pharmacies, I’ll be sure to pass it along.

New Tampa Publix (Cross Creek/New Tampa Blvd.) has the most kindest, caring and considerate people and it is such a pleasure to know each and every one of them. Last Friday afternoon, a Pilot van pulled in next to my jeep and i couldn't get in. The staff at Publix, not only took picture and tried to ask the customer to come out and move their vehicle, they checked on me numerous times, they stayed with me and offered suggestions, and one of the gentlemen fixed the problem for me and i was on my way. I failed to get their names but the whole experience I am completely appreciative meeting them and feel very good about our future with folks like Publix hires.

The pharmacy will not answer and keeps forwarding calls to customer service. I had to call 5 times to get someone to pick up then they have a horrible attitude and tell u that ur prescription isn’t in their system without them asking for your info.

I used always to like publix because of its customers service,, but the new manager at new Tampa location is not friendly and very mean , that's why I decided not to go again to Publix .

The lack of customer care is disappointing. They never have a recipe ready on time, and don’t give the impression they care either. 28 hours to “prepare” basic hart medicine is just ludicrous.

I go to the Publix on Bruce B Downs everyday everyone knows me I spent almost $100 there everyday. I was shocked to see the little signs that the employees have to wear no tipping who cares if they get a couple dollars there in college there in school for gas money what's it up to you to make them wear a sign saying No tipping you should be ashamed of yourself taking the few dollars away from them if somebody wants to tip so be it always trying to take a dime away whoever started that or whoever made them where those signs is a disgrace. Like I said if people want to tip that's up to them these kids never ask for money everyone in there is so nice and this was a turn-off I hope you make them take those signs off of them who gives you that right..!!! I'm serious I'm going to make a big deal if I go in there and see them with those tags on again take it off it's very tacky. Publix is expensive as it is the owner seemed always make big money and take away the little money from the little people.. these are the people that should be paying $15 an hour.
