Not a single star deserves it, that pharmacy, what a lack of respect, with a patient, we waited two hours for a formula, and we called, to see why the delay, and they didn't say THAT THEY HAD FORGOTTEN....IT'S HOT... INEFFICIENT.

Worst experience ever. Could not be discharged until I got my medicine. It took them over four hours. Inexcusable. Next time I will request written prescriptions so I don’t have to wait four and 1/2 hours to get out of the hospital.

I was at your office building for an appointment this morning with my son. It is a complete disaster. The first stop was Valet parking. Cars everywhere, ambulances, construction workers telling you which lane to go in. People getting out of their cars and walking up to valet and handing them their keys. Why are ambulances in that entrance. It is also shared with the Ambulatory Surgery Center picking up patients. The front entrance is awful. People going in and out of the building. Large numbers. One machine taking temperatures on people's hands. Standing in line to do that. No social distancing, masks. An extremely poor setting for patients. People are already uncomfortable with the whole situation with Covid but this seemed like a free for all to me. My son and I decided we would never come back to this building.

also known as the MAB.. offers valet service on the south entrance. The MAB offers outpatient imaging, outpatient rehab, diabetes/nutrition center, chronic complex clinic, among other depts, etc.. it has very low light, almost cave-like. I feel like i am in a subway station.. they also have indigo coffee...
