Everyone knows me by name, like Cheers. They are pleasant and helpful. Taylor was the best, when she was there and that’s not taking anything away from everyone else. There are just certain people you can have any conversation with and Taylor was it.

Don't rely on their fried Chicken on being consistently good.We wasted $10 for four pieces of chicken last night (4 pieces:2 thighs & Breast) that wasn't edible: greasy, tasteless as if it had been sitting too long. It would have been much better choice to buy a Rotisserie Chicken, or take out at Popeyes.

This location has so many new items. They also have a lot more deals than the weekly flyer. It's really organized and clean.

DEAN is in the seafood department. Such EXCELLENT customer service. Always smiling and happy which makes me want to smile and be happy!!!! Wish there were more like him for sure!

Went there last night kinda late looking for seafood. DEAN in seafood went above and beyond to make make sure I was satisfied. Although everything was cleaned and put away he made sure I was taken care of. Great job Dean..

Prescribed medication should not take 30 hours to fill for just 1 medication.. Always have issues getting it done on time. My girlfriend had a script transmitted to the pharmacy Tuesday at 9:30am. We went to pick it up Wednesday afternoon and it still wasn’t done!! She had to wait and still they kept bypassing her to prepare vaccines and prescription that were just handed in.Things should be done in the order they are received. Common sense. Horrible! Ever since the staff changed service has changed. Frustration is not just from me but also other customers and my other half. GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They just kept staring at her while she waited. Who’s going to fill her prescription already?! I had to step in to get them to do their jobs quickly.

So last night I went to Publix with a friend in a wheelchair. We were just going to fill up his water jugs and because he could not get out..I did it of course. No problem. I proceed to get the water and all was smooth...night manager came out.....looked at me...never offered help..I am a female...and the door where the car was parked..he locked it..I said I have to take the water to the car..right there..he said "here is a cart" and rolled it to me and pretty much dismissed me...never offered help...very rude and dismissive. Not sure why you would pick a job to deal with people..when your actions show you hate it. I thought it was suppose to be a friendly store...so glad my friend stayed in the car..he would have been totally dismissed.

This Publix Is usually clean and has most products. Lately when I visit certain items are hard to find but that's common right now. I've asked for them to get in a few products over the 3 years I've shopped at this location and they have never added any of them. The parking is terrible and always full. Just so you know, the cameras don't cover all of the parking lot. Our car was hit in the parking lot , ripping the entire back off of it. The person took off and we found out when we left the store. When we called the police, we learned that they don't have cameras filming large parts of the parking lot. The pharmacy is pretty good and the people working there are pleasant. They recently added self checkout and I'm happy to see this addition.

I came to the store for a quick lunch and approached the deli and after she quickly took care of 3 people ahead of me I was greeted by Supaporn. Supaporn took care of me like no other she was very nice, took her time with me, and made sure I got what I wanted, and she even went out of her way to get me banana peppers from the store shelf when there wasn't any. One of the best experiences I ever had at Publix. Thank you so much Supaporn!

Covid 19 Booster. GET IT HERE. Kudos to Cindi. Fast, clean, professional. Appointment was booked online for 7:30. I arrived on time, got my shot, had a little shopping to do afterwards and was driving out at 7:49. True story.

I've never had a problem with this pharmacy. Normally the people are friendly and efficient. I knocked off a star for one of the techs today. My first bad experience here. She looked to be in her twenties with curly-ish dark hair and glasses. She was just lazy and kind of rude. I'm sick and needed a prescription. I prepaid on the app to try to move things along but realized I needed to give them an updated insurance card. I told the girl this and she basically told me it's only $20 and it would be an extra step for her so would I just wait until next time.... um excuse me? So I am supposed to forfeit $20 because she doesn't feel like doing an extra step? I get that it's not a huge amount of money, but it's the principle of it. And when I said yes, I would like her to do the extra step, she seemed super irritated with me. I had a question about the refund and she spoke to me like I was an idiot. I would guess that updating insurance information and working with people are part of the job description, so if she hates those things, might try something else. It reflects negatively on what I have otherwise known to be a great pharmacy. If this were my first experience, I would find somewhere else to go. Because no one really wants to deal with an entitled bratty 20-something yr old when they feel miserable and are sick. The only reason I'm posting this is so that perhaps someone that works there will see and implement some additional training for the person so she doesn't scare people away.

This Publix location on Dale Marbry Hwy. has a great selection of food and the customer service is great. The location is great for the area and not far from Tampa International Airport. Highly recommended and also one onmy favorite stores to shop in America!!

THIS is the place to go if you want your Pharmacists and their Staff to give you EXCELLENT Customer Service!! Danielle C and Amanda H spent about an hour+ over TWO DAYS to get Medicaid to pay for my flu shot, but Medicaid has tons of restrictions and cracking their code is difficult (although I have to say Florida Straight Medicaid has treated me VERY WELL!!!)AND, this Pharmacy is attached to what I call "Publix Disneyland" - a huge Publix with a primo wine selection! (I didn't know that this was actually the very first Publix in Tampa - I was talking with a very friendly Manager (I think he's been there 32+ years!) and a Shift Lead who was also super cool!).I usually shop at the Publix on Nebraska, which is closer to my house and also has EXCELLENT Customer Service, but they don't have a Pharmacy so I sent over to S Dale Mabry. I could shop that store for HOURS!!
