I’ve informed the company more than once that I want to cancel our monitoring service. They make it very difficult and give you the runaround on discontinuing service. At this point I’ve simply told them I won’t be sending in any more checks.

Horrible customer service. I got charged multiple times for the same broken keypad. They also work by phone only when electronic communication could be the initial means of communication with a phone alternative when more elaborate discussions need to take place. They are big, unwieldy, and not customer centric.

The best home security system company there is. I have been with them for almost 26 years. I have spoken with Tiffany for the last decade and her customer service skills are over the top.
