Terrible service. Inattentive staff. I arrived today at 1:15 PM to get my car washed, and they told me to come back in an hour because they were busy. I came back exactly an hour later, and they told me to wait another 30 minutes. I waited. Then I left my car, and the guy told me that the wash would take about an hour. I told him not to rush, and I returned after 1.5 hours. And what did I find? A completely dirty car. No one even started washing it. They were washing other cars instead, which, as it turned out, were part of a schedule. But no one informed me. So I spent half a day waiting with zero results. I think this is discrimination because I'm not American, and my car is cheap compared to the ones they were washing instead of mine.

I booked online, put in my car type and make and I chose in and out service for $60, and it said it takes 30min . I showed up and the guy who “just works here” said they only have these 4 services, which a similar service would cost $99. I finally agreed just to get it done then he said ok it’ll be about an hour. I left

Not as great as expected. Did not clean truck as expected. Pollen was left behind. Truck was not that dirty and is now not that clean.

Do not bother trying to make an appointment, they will call you at the last minute and try to reschedule. Happened to me twice in the span of a week. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I will give zero to this place. They used to be doing fantastic service couple of years ago but now the people who work there are so bad and just looking to steal your money. I booked there pronto shine service which is for 99$ and when I reached there & the lady said she wont do the normal service on my car i have to buy the $179 service just because she feels my car needs deep vaccuming. i told her I am ok with the normal vaccum and you just do watever is included in the 99$ service but she simply denied. if you dnt want to the work then do not take appointments or put a disclaimer on it, why are you wasting people's time. Yes my car is dirty that is the reason i booked to get it clean, why would i be getting my clean car to you to give you free money & waste my time. Ridiculous ppl. ??

Joke of a company. DO NOT USE THEM! My mother bought me a gift certificate that I've been trying to use for over a year. They have made it impossible. First attempt was a car detail at home, no call no show. Second attempt, they showed up hours late then decided once he arrived he didn't have the time to complete the job. Third attempt I figured I try to go in person. Now I'm told they don't accept gift certificates here.

I’m pretty disappointed in the glass cleaning and timeliness of my visit. I was a walk-in (they have a sign that says walk-ins welcome). The glass is so streaky (photos) and for the price of $179 for interior detailing, I expected one of the more important parts of the car to be cleaned better. I appreciate the seats being shampoo’s but I didn’t even get a warning that they’d be wet upon retrieval. I’m not mad about it, but at least let me know they’d be wet for at least 24 hrs after. Provide a plastic sheet to sit on to take it home so my bum isn’t wet maybe? Idk. I don’t think this place is worth their price point.

They broker my chair and I need it fixed. The lady didn’t clean my car properly and charge me $258. I’m still waiting for a call back and to no avail! Horrible customer service and horrible job. All she wanted was my money!
