As someone who has never worked with a personal trainer before, I could not have asked for a better trainer than Sam! His patience, and willingness to work with you from the ground up towards your fitness goals is invaluable. Working with him has been an absolute pleasure. 11/10 would recommend :)

Love these guys! My wife bought me a training package with Rob. He is the man, super patient with me seeing as I have some older college football injuries. Very knowledgeable and feeling better than ever. I would highly recommend Rob. The owner Sam is a phenomenal guy too. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them.

Sam is awesome and I’ve had quite a few friends ask me how I got in shape so fast and I told them it was all Sam for pushing and helping me. A couple of those friends have now began working with him as well.

I am a client of Sam at Project: Stay Athletic and have been training for the past 3 years. I love how the workouts are tailored to fit my specific needs and how Sam is able to work around & rehabilitate any injury. He's focused on maintaining form and full range of motion in my joints. I've worked with other trainers in the past but Sam is definitely in a league of his own when it comes to personal training. He listens to his clients and gets the job done. I highly recommend him

So I just signed up to train with Sam. I really loved the fact that he knows what he’s talking about & from the jump he came up with a game plan and actionable steps that we’re going to take to help me get to my goal. I also absolutely love that they have a private gym. That’s big to me as I did not want to be working out in a public gym or my apartment gym in front of a bunch of people. Ultimately what led me to signing up today is he wasn’t pushy at all a lot of the trainers I’ve spoken to came across like used car salesmen lol. I’m looking forward to seeing where all we can get in these next 90 days!

Project Stay Athletic was EXACTLY what I was looking for in a gym/personal training. Starting with the 1 on 1 zoom call to discuss my overall goals and their ability to customize my experience. They pay close attention to detail and truly invest in their clients. They pair you with the best trainer to fit your personality, goals, and preferences. Not only did they pair me with the BEST trainer (LOVE YOU COACH ROB ;)), they worked around my life and schedule to maximize my sessions to achieve my goals. They go above and beyond just normal training sessions. They have helped me understand my relationship with exercise and food and make sustainable changes that give great results.

I have been training with Sam for a little over a month. He has been so patient, encouraging and customizing THE best exercises for my body. I have been having chronic neck and back pain for 2 years. Sam has diligently worked with me to correct my posture, recording videos which have really helped me while working at home! More than anything, He is such an understanding trainer, who accommodates my needs and goals while also being flexible and professional.

Prior to working with Sam and Project Stay Athletic, I had tried a number of fitness classes and regimes on my own and was never happy with the results. I found my weight fluctuating and I reached plateaus that I couldn't seem to surpass. I was in pain when performing some exercises, which limited my progress and put me at risk of injury.Once I started with Sam, I began to see and feel results within the first few weeks. We had thorough discussions about my goals, and with his personalized programming I began to gain strength in areas that I had previously felt were unattainable for me. He taught me about what was causing my pain, and worked with me to improve my form and mobility. Because of this personalized approach, I felt motivated to push my limits, physically and mentally, and with his encouragement and knowledge I am confident that I will continue to get stronger. In about 6 months of working together I am down over 60 pounds, my quality of life has improved, and I continue to feel the difference in my strength with every workout.I am beyond happy with the results so far, and I look forward to reaching more of my fitness goals with Project Stay Athletic. I've wanted to be fit my whole life, I’ve tried everything from workout programs, dvds, and other trainers. I was ready to give up, but I'm so glad I chose Project: Stay Athletic. Everyone is so kind and professional. The environment is welcoming and comfortable. 3 years with Sam. I’m 63, a golfer and a Florida snowbird. Came to Sam for core strength and endurance. Playing consecutive days was a challenge. Now? 3 days in a row is fine. Can’t say I hit the ball longer..I likely do...it’s the flexibility and endurance that makes the differenceI came to Sam with elbow tendinitis. We worked on strengthening the surrounding muscles. It’s no longer an issueSam listens and knows his stuff. At 63, I seem to always have some minor malady he can work aroundOn the down side? He works me a whole lot harder than I would on my own. And I know myself well enough to know that but for my schedule with him, I wouldn’t show up. His motto is the only bad workout is the one you don’t show up for.Sam know his craft. Easy to work with. And listens and uses his knowledge to create a workout tailored to my needsAs we say after every workout...great job..
