This is a great company that hires Great coworkers, I was stuck in the high way and had AAA contact the tow company to help me and it was Professional Towing, from the beginning The Driver Louis contact me to be able to located me always talk with Professionalism, He arrived quick and got the car hooked qick and with care not a scratch on my car, he took me all the way to my house great conversation all the way then dropped the car and even help me pushed the car to my garage, he is the Type of Person you want to be there when you need it thanks again Louis.

I had an opportunity to work with a lady named Diana from E. 7th Ave. tow yard. She was very professional. I was impressed. She was able to take me from A-to-Z in order to get my vehicle released. She went Above and beyond my expectation, and without her, I would not have been able to accomplish my objective of getting my vehicle released. Because the insurance company was no help so I am in debt to Diane. I just wanted to say thank you again, Diane. You are a valued employee and I also made a new friend.

Exceptional service, friend broke down on the side of the road waited 5 hours while triple A gave her the runaround, fed up and exhausted I made the call to professional towing and they arrived in under 30mins to tow her car to her house. Very grateful. Strongly recommend and would use again if necessary. Smooth, clean, professional service.
