From the time I toured, I felt this school was perfect for my little. Even with the transition to new owners, our family remained happy with the way the school ran. The teachers were so patient and developed genuine care and concern for my son; he also bonded to them very quickly. It was professional, but also such a personal experience that now I’m having trouble finding another Primrose to match the experience we had here. If we were still in the area, there’s no doubt that my son would still be attending this school. I can’t say enough good things about the leadership team, staff, and curriculum. Primrose School of Cross Creek is a hidden gem, you won’t be disappointed!

After touring several of the other schools in the area, Primrose of Cross Creek was a no-brainer for us. Despite our last minute enrollment they made everything come together and after seeing the smile on our sons face today after his first day we know we made the right choice… Highly recommend the school. Beautiful picturesque setting with an amazing staff , Mr. McAllister and his team seem to go above and beyond for their students.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Best investment you can do for your child! The first 5 years of your child’s life are some of the most important. You will not regret enrolling your child into Primrose of CC. It is an excellent preschool with a wonderful curriculum and caring staff. The school is very clean and they provide delicious and nutritious meals. We have been very pleased with Primrose and will actually hope to do school choice so our children can attend their after school program when the time

We enrolled our daughter December 2018 through March 2020. We were in the midst of the pandemic and decided to pull our daughter out but continued to pay tuition to keep her spot. After a few months we stopped paying the tuition and kept our daughter home until September 2021 with a nanny. September 2021 we enrolled her back into Primrose Crosscreek and it was very evident that the drop off , pick up system changed. What was more evident was the once courteous, kind and responsive directors we once knew changed as well. It was obvious that they stopped caring about our child. After many calls and an in person conversation with the director our concerns were ignored. Most recently we spoke to the director Mrs. Ellis and requested to withdraw our daughter for 3 weeks. Mrs. Ellis assured us and confirmed that our daughter would be able to rejoin her class on May 31, 2022 so she can finish up her last year here. This week we received an email stating there is no space for our daughter. We called her to question her email and reminded her of her verbal confirmation that she would have a space on 5/31/22. She acknowledged that she told us yes she’ll have her space. But then says her email stating there’s a wait list stands. Very contradictory and very telling of the directors lack of integrity and character that their word don’t stand. Admittedly we have not been happy with this school but was willing to keep our daughter here for her last year as she’s made friends.

They don’t accept vaccine exempt kids , which is horrible, living in Fl parents have choice of whether you vaccinate your child or not ,due to health/ religion concerns , I know it’s private school but they shouldn’t separate the kids by vaccination, that’s basically discrimination, I am very disappointed in this school after enrolling my child and finding out that they can’t accept my unvaccinated child on the first day of school ??????

This is the best school in the Wesley Chapel/New Tampa area! We drive 40 minute round trip to make sure our son receives an excellent education! The infant program is amazing!

I pulled my kids 2 and 6 out of Primrose today 07/29/2021 and Mr. McAllister first words were and I quote “that is excellent you can pull them out now and will refund your money”. And that is exactly why my kids will not go to this school lack of compassion, understanding, the Director, it’s like talking to a banana. It’s almost like a group of people that do not like kids are running a daycare. I was always a firm believer and you get what you pay for. But in this case. I guess I’m paying for my six-year-old crying every morning that she doesn’t want to go to summer camp and my son crying every day four months coming home covered in cuts and bruises that are not reported. I’m not asking for much but the 15+ thousand dollars I spend A year on one child there at bare minimum It should be a safe place. It’s not don’t waste your money this place it takes the peace of mind and trust right out of everything Child care should be.David St.Laurent

I love this Primrose. I brought my daughter here from a different day care because I wanted a program that was more curriculum based. My daughter says so much words now and actually has an interest in books!! She never cared to read before but now brings me books and sits in my lap for me to read to her so I'm one happy mama. The school itself is clean and very well maintained with kind and courteous staff. The owners are very sweet and know each parent and child by name. My daughter's teachers are also so loving and gentle with my daughter which is obviously my top priority. I feel safe and assured leaving my daughter there. Whenever incidents do happen, they are quick to call and let me know exactly what happened and what they did about it. Wonderful communication. We will stay at Primrose for years to come.
