Excellent Pharmacy and worth checking out. I've been a customer with Vickas for 15 yrs, they always go the extra mile, whether it's calling your Dr's office and being on hold for 30 minutes. They know your time is important, so you dont have to wait around all day. Plus, he is straightforward with you. They dont play these games like the big brand stores will, like their classic line,"maybe we'll have it tomorrow." Vickus will tell you right there what's going on and give you some options. Maybe you have to call your Dr and change something. He'll do everything to make sure you have your medicine. Prime Rx Pharmacy is that Mom and Pop shop that puts the customer first every time. There's no other pharmacy that compares to the care and quality of service.

This pharmacy is like a breath of fresh air! The staff are so wonderful. I have not seen a happy pharmacist in years! It is close to my neighborhood in Cross creek New Tampa. I highly recommend them!

Switched to these fine folks a few monthe ago as i was tired of the big box pharmacies and their made up rules. Ive been in 5 or 6 times and only once was not alone in the store. If you need special service or just want ur script filled without unecessary hassles, give them a try.

Prime RX Pharmacy I highly recommend. Doctor V is one of the most humble and compassionate pharmacist. He takes the time out to go over all your medications with you. Even through the pandemic where there has been a lot of shortages on a lot of medication, He will communicate with the doctor's and other manufacturers. This place needs to be more organized. I’ve been dealing with this pharmacy and as of today I will no longer be a customer. Mr. Akosha and I spoke about my prescription and somehow my prescription didn’t get sent off in time for me to get it in a timely manner. I understand things and situations happen but not to get a curiosity call and having the issue resolved in the convenience of the customer he didn’t even try to help with getting the issues resolved.

I can't recommend this pharmacy highly enough! Dr. Ghiya and his staff are friendly and go out of their way to help but more importantly they take their customers safety and health very seriously. I have a lot of health issues and I love having a pharmacist who really is aware of contraindications between my medications. I had a PA prescribe a prescription for me that was absolutely not to be taken by someone with my health issue and thank goodness Dr. Ghiya knew it and we were able to get a different medication. I definitely recommend supporting this small business, and help take better care of yourself in the meantime.
