The only reason why I'm giving Premier Pawn Tampa two stars is because of how polite and professional Mike and Sean are2/2/2024(I have no need to lie I have receipts for the following)After calling and speaking with the jeweler that works there named Sam today over the phone he gave me the go-ahead to come by to have my ring resized a second time it wasn't Sam's fault it was mine because I had just purchased the ring a week before today and I was testing out my size when I arrive at the pawn shop I waited patiently because I noticed Sam was already working on another piece I was in no rush when Sam came out of his work station the first thing he greeted me with was a sour look as though I shouldn't be there he then proceeded to ask me what I wanted at that point I dismissed his attitude thinking that maybe he was confused and forgot that we spoke earlier after giving him a short recap of our earlier conversation over the phone he made it clear that he remembered me and his attitude was based on the fact that he felt as though I shouldn't be back so soon his words not mine I asked him sincerely if everything was okay and if he wanted my business he then in a very condescending tone instructed me to check my ring in with Mike and or Sean I was very confused with his bothered attitude towards me it's not like I was there to haggle prices I was willing to pay the same as before or whatever price based on the work I decided to just leave instead of being belittled I then called Premier Pawn and let Mike know what happened he was very polite and professional and apologize for the situation later I went to a different jeweler on Gunn highway right in front of Walmart I showed the lady my ring she took it to the back to get a closer look under a microscope then she came back and told me that the job Sam did was terrible she informed me that the piece he added the first time to resize the ring up had come out poorest I'm no jeweler these were her words not mine all I know is that there were little dots on the inside of the ring I'm no expert so I thought it was normal she told me that it was not normal and that Sam's work on my ring with sloppy I was not able to confirm what she was telling me until after getting my ring back from her 30 minutes later and she was correct it was night and day it was a definite differenceThank you to you Sam if it wasn't for your rude attitude I wouldn't have gotten my ring fixed correctly I learned a lot today about jewelry not in the way I wanted to learn but nevertheless I learned

Went in and sold my pistol and gopro 7 today. Very friendly and more than acceptable offers for my items. Definitely a great place to shop or sell. Highly suggest you used this place.

Ran into a tough spot in between paychecks. Went in to Premier Pawn with my guitar, and left with more than enough to be able to get me to the next paycheck. I definitely recommend going to see the guys down at Premier Pawn they will definitely do you right and take care of you.

I walked in searching for fishing equipment and the Manager Rusty overhead and jumped right in to assist by not only disclosing what high end fishing equipment he had available but he provided me a discount once he learned of my involvement with fatherless boys in the Tampa area. Great management and lots of items to choose from. They seem very fair, and are highly active in the local communities. I’ll continue doing business with them for years to come.
