Called in a few days ago to ask about wall dividers and received a missed call from someone 3 days later. I called back and spoke to a guy who sounded completely lost about what was going on. I explained I called a few days ago about wall dividers and was looking for some for our new office. He then asked if I had placed an order for them as he was shuffling through what ever papers he had on his desk. I asked him if he was ok and if he was who I needed to be speaking with. He was still confused as if he was not sure what to do on the phone. Not sure what was going on with him but I have money I wanted to buy some wall dividers but that guy was a hot wreck on the phone. I run a call center so if any of my agents did that we would be having a long talk about how they handle calls. I wonder how many opportunities have been lost on this guy. A shame as this is something we were ready to purchase if they were in stock. I guess we will keep searching for these or bite the bullet and go the amazon route instead of helping out the local business's in the area.

Precizion had a few computer monitors posted on Facebook Marketplace, and Eric told me to stop by to check them out. No cords power with the monitors when I came in, but I bought them on a gamble. Eric told me to call back if the monitors didn’t work. I’ve had the monitors for a couple of months and they rock. I saved hundreds by buying them used here. Highly recommend stopping by if you see a deal posted!

I went to Precizion to purchase an upscale office chair at a price that wouldn't break the bank. Eric was very helpful, and I appreciate that he gave me ample time to try out the chairs and did not rush me or try to push the sale. If you have a certain chair manufacturer or model in mind, you can call ahead and they'll tell you if one is in stock. Smooth experience.

I hate businesses that don’t bother to keep their posted hours up to date! Like many people today, I work two jobs and don’t have time to waste. This business advertises Saturday hours on social media and Google so imagine my surprise when I pull into their lot at 1:00pm Saturday, June 10 an get turned away by someone wearing a blue “precizion furniture” t-shirt saying that they were closed. I asked when then changed the posted hours, he indicated that he had worked their for over a year and that they he’d never been open on Saturday during that time. They don’t bother to put any information on their website either. I WORK DURING THE WEEK and Saturday is the only day I have to shop. This group seems to have no regard for people and go out of their way to alienate potential new clients. If they lie about their hours of operation what else are they lying about????

Jessica was super helpful on FB Marketplace to get me to her store easily! Bought filing cabinets and delivered to my car by her team. Will definitely be back for more office pieces! Excellent customer service is hard to find these days! Go check them out huge variety all conditions!

Very rude lady who answered the phone. Not sure if she’s having a bad day or she’s always like that…but don’t give potential customers an attitude for no reason. I can/will take my business elsewhere

If i could give u a zero i would. My company scheduled a delivery for me today and i sat home waiting all day with my house torn up waiting. I called staples twice they assured me the driver would call. I got a call from a unknown number some ladies name. As im sitting here watching the day pass me by i *67 and called the number back cause there was no voice mail or anything. The driver or caller Josh said he called me from his moms number with all the scam going on he could have left a voicemail he said he did. But i would have responded cause ive been here all day waiting. He tells me he will have to reschedule me for another truck. I called staples back and spoke to Adele. I dont know why they used this company but im very mad. I will be contacting better business bureau. Ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Great place to shop around for used furniture. Lots of great items that are almost new ! Great customer service - helped me load my pick-up truck . Would highly recommend if you are shopping for desks , chairs , file cabinets and even a large selection of paintings !!
