I came in for a repair to the prong of my engagement ring expecting to have to drop it off and return. Instead, it was repaired very quickly, cleaned and returned very quickly. The gentleman who waited in me then offered to clean my other rings. All this for such a modest charge, I almost had to blush. Very impressive!

Honesty and integrity in a service person. I expected to pay a lot more than I did to have this 20 something year old watch serviced. I was shocked that he serviced it and replaced my battery at a ridiculously inexpensive rate and he did it while I waited. Stars and two thumbs up from me.
