My pod pickup was done by Jimmy Satterwhite. He came to Florida from Texas to help after the hurricane. We appreciate him, he was on time for pickup, called when he was on the way. A nice and friendly guy, he made an excellent service representative for Pods Moving & Storage.

We had to order a Pod the day after Hurricane Helene flooded our home. We spent a few days packing the pod with everything inside our house. A day after we were done, Hurricane Milton was projected to make landfall in our area. We called Pods to see if they could move our Pod before the storm and they could not help us. We were forced to rent a UHaul and take everything out of the pod, move it into the UHaul and drive it to an area safe of flooding. We were only able to use the pod for 1 day. We called Pods to have them come out and pick up the pod the other day and explained our situation. We were hoping they would give us a discount due to the circumstances. They not only denied the discount, but told us they would be charging us a $100 “pick up” fee. We have since called Pods twice and asked them to remove the $100 fee, both times they have rejected our request. I would never use this company again, they are greedy and heartless. It was not even about the $100 at this point, it was more about the principle. If you ever need a mobile storage unit, I strongly recommend using anyone but Pods.

We needed a POD to store our breakable belongings after Hurricane Milton dumped 2 to 4 inches of water in our home. We were able to get a POD fairly quickly and loaded it with items before Servpro came out to start their demolition. Jimmy Satterwhite was in Florida from Texas and expertly delivered the POD to one side of our driveway. We highly recommend PODS!

Made moving half way across the country a breeze. Had an easy time managing around hurricane Milton without having to worry about all of my things.
Jimmy Satterwhite who dropped off the pod was incredibly polite and did a great job working around the large tree in the front yard. Overall a good experience.

Due to our home flooding, we needed extra space quickly. PODS responded in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Delivery was punctual and communicated very well. The driver, Jimmy(from Texas) was OUTSTANDING in the placement of the unit and answering all our questions. We definitely recommend PODS for storage needs.

I would never use PODs again. Beware. They do not show any empathy or customer care. Dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, we ordered a POD. We packed it up and very the next day, we learned of Hurricane Milton. We asked for our POD to be moved before Milton as we are in flood zone A. They would not help us during the timeframe we needed. Then, we asked for the pick up the pod because we never got to use it. They continued to charge us for all the fees, deining our requests to be flexible and understand the challenges we were dealing with. Then continue to nickel and dime us with no empathy.

Jimmy Satterwhite went above and beyond delivering our PODS. The communication was amazing and his service outstanding! We were very appreciative to receive such good service after the chaos from the hurricanes. He made the experience seamless and was very considerate of our property.
