Colleen was an absolute gem. Very kind , helpful and personable. There is no money kept here so they can not assist with anything with ( cash) money but they can do account set up and break downs. As well as card replacements. Very clean. Easy and quick.

Had a banking problem where I need to go into the bank and talk to a customer service representative. Went to the bank on Fowler avenue and was able to talk to Timothy Huchia which turned out to be the branch manager. I have to give him a good thumbs up and kudos for figuring out the problem with my account. He did not try to rush through and was able to figure out the problem and solutions to my dilemma. Was very professional and knowledgeable to resolve the solution. Was surprised when I was offered a cold water because of the heat from another employee which was highly appreciated thank you very much. Not everyone has the same experience due to Case by case basis however the great experiences I have with problems being solved on my account with PNC Bank that's why I have bank with them for many many years. Thank you very much.?

Banking services are terrible at PNC Bank! I strongly advise anyone to not bank here and take your money out of this bank immediately and run for the hills from this bank. They literally sit on your money, do not payout your pending transactions and leave your transactions pending for days if not weeks to benefit them. The ledger when you view online is so difficult to tell what’s going on with your account everything clumped together. My job guarantees instant pay, meaning as soon as I clock out my pay is deposited directly into my checking account. Never had a problem for 2 weeks. On Saturday I called PNC Bank to ask about all these pending transactions, and why are they sitting so long in a pending mode. I’ve never had a problem with my transactions being paid out timely. Even my Uber charges still pending from 4 and 5 days ago and that’s not normal. Saturday night I worked and Sunday morning I clocked out my funds were to be deposited directly to my checking account as it had been for 2 weeks, well it wasn’t. When my job tried to submit the payment to my account it failed for instant pay. The conversation that I had from Saturday with that consultant is the culprit. I told him I was closing my account on Monday morning because I was unhappy with the banking services and he responded, “ but you got pending charges that hadn’t been paid”. He put me hold and stayed so long I hung up. Then Sunday morning my instant pay from my job failed. And my job had confirmed it’s not on their side it’s my bank. They blocked my instant pay from coming into my account so that I couldn’t immediately take my money and close the account because now the money will be deposited on Tuesday and they act like they know nothing what’s going on. Then I called the bank on Sunday morning I was told there was a problem receiving deposits system wide never heard of such. Hung up with him called back got a different consultant she knew nothing about a problem with receiving deposits. She investigated this unfounded. This is scary to think your money is not safe. My attorney is on top of it because if they are not careful they are going to get sued for manipulating customers accounts and manually changing customers accounts. The nerve of them! My attorney are contacting them today. Never seen such! I am done with PNC. I WILL NEVER BANK WITH THEM AGAIN! PLEASE BEWARE! You have been warned! Stay away from PNC BANK!

Not professional at all, the guy at the door had his friend standing next to him (no privacy) and he was looking in his phone all the time while talking to me, he was very rude, leaving alone his outfit that is meant for clubs not a professional job, very disappointing ??

This bank was decent up north, but it is complete garbage down here. They are basically glorified ATMs. online support and over the phone is also trash. I have not had one issue that was handled easily and promptly. My money should be in my account and able to be withdrawn whenever I want. They would rather have you jump through hoops.

It’s not a bank. They don’t carry cash at this location. Just a sales center. Beware.

I don’t understand why people write such negative reviews of this branch! People just don’t understand banking 101! But I Had to come in to get a new debit card and do a dispute. Colleen was so incredibly nice and helped me with everything! She got me my new card, got the info needed for the dispute and had me out quickly! She’s a sweetheart! Thank you again Colleen and thank you PNC for being an amazing bank!

Walked in to speak to an associate related to my account. Two of them were perfectly available and they said it would be a 30 min wait. There was only 1 other customer who was finishing up. Clearly the guy named David Santiago just didn’t want to do his job.

This bank is one of the worst around. Their ATM’s don’t work and they only have the one you can use after hours. Customer service is horrible, and they will randomly take money out of your account and put it back when they want. I’ll never do business with this bank.

The worst and unfriendly banker I ever met, the black male guy called banker is the shame, comparing to Wesley Chapel branch which is greatest service I ever met, I even don't want to give any start to it. I will not go there again if I have other option.

This place is a joke. I arrived at around 12pm and there was one personal banker (David Santiago) sitting playing with his mobile phone. Calling this guy a banker is a shame for every banker. Nobody on the counter and I was waiting 5min in front of him until he looked at me and asked me what I want. Me: I needed a cashier check. He: Oh the teller is on lunch. Me: But your opening hours are 9am-5pm correct? He: Yeah but she is on lunch and probably back in 30min. me: Okay, (rolling my eyes). Me: Is there a USPS close? (thinking I could go there in the meantime and come back. He: I don't know. Me: Okay, rolling my eyes for 0 helpfullness. So I came back 1h later. There was finally another lady in a personal banking office corner busy with someone. The other guy busy with some customers. Finally the Security guy comes to me telling me that this does not offer most bank services anymore. I said great but the other guy could have told me that. Anyhow, the guy was done with his customers, the customer leaves, he grabs his phone and leaves, while leaving telling me that the lady who was busy will help me out. He left the bank and went into his car, and probably went for lunch. After waiting 25min I finally got up and left cause I have other things to do. While waiting another customer came in and the security guy told him it can take a while and that I am next, so he may go to another PNC location. I finally grabbed cash from the ATM and went to another bank for doing the cashier check.Worst service ever, 0 motivation, not even willing to help me or apologize that the lady was on lunch and making me feel that I am the stupid one here. Lazy as f*** this dude. The most helpful person was the security guy. I would have gotten a better service at Mc Donalds at 3am.

100% useless, location. Security guard was much more interested in helping me th han the 2 emoyees who would only hide behind their desks. I have 3 accounts as t PNC and the only person who was willing to answer a question about withdrawling $ was the security guard. REALLY? I will be closing my 3 accounts ASAP.

I have been banking with Pnc since 2013. But never have I been treated with such a nasty disposition until April 2021. I needed to gain access to my account in order to get a place for me and my mother. Yet the branch manager treated me and my mom like criminals due to my id being not valid due to hardships via Covid19. Instead of addressing my issue the branch manger chose to be rude and unprofessional the whole visit including making unwarranted comments and offering little assistance with the assumption that we were up to no good. I'm sincerely looking to go to another bank like Usaa because a veteran shouldn't be treated with that level of discontent. Worst experience ever.

When they first transferred from Bank Atlantic to PNC, this location was awesome. The people they have working there now are lazy. Showed up at this branch at 4:20 pm to open an account for my son who already has a savings account with PNC, and was turned away because it might take too long and they close at 5pm. It takes 30min to an hour I was told and they didn't want to take the chance of closing late. I have 5 accounts there and have been with them since they opened. Going this weekend to close all of them.

I love this bank. Especially the ATM fee reimbursement and friendly customer service.
