Today I opened an account for the first time, and I did it in this bank, I had my doubts and fears, since reading the reviews scared me a little, but an agent named Mari Carrera helped me, what a nice person and patience to explain things, the truth is, the doubts overwhelmed me and I didn't know what to choose, she guided me step by step, gave me options and showed me which ones would be best for my case, I wasn't dressed very formally, so to speak, but nevertheless She didn't treat me differently because of that, on the contrary I felt very comfortable, she even came up with another option that she gave me and helps me with my credit account. I am a difficult person when I am not sure about something and believe me with the treatment she gave me and the dedication was unique, if you have to go ask that Mari Carrera attend to you and you will see that I am not lying.

I received the worst decriminative and xenophobic racist attention from the only two employees at that time. They vented their frustration with me. They should have a human relations course to work with the public and thus not take out their frustrations on the users. They do not provide a solution but instead mistreat me. to the user in the worst way! The worst experience and the worst place! Ineptitude and abuse!

This bank was decent up north, but it is complete garbage down here. They are basically glorified ATMs. online support and over the phone is also trash. I have not had one issue that was handled easily and promptly.My money should be in my account and able to be withdrawn whenever I want. They would rather have you jump through hoops.

I was a customer when PNC was Bank Atlantic. I have been in the mortgage industry and am more aware of how policies are followed. PNC has online banking. PNC has an exceptional quality control as well as safety control. I am not fond of the top five lending and banking services. They have all paid millions in fines for legitimate allegations made by the federal and State rulings. I research places that I intend to use for my personal needs. Because the banking industry is the foundation of the success of America's ability to be the number one country in the world, it is virtually impossible to attempt changes in these institutions. They're regulation is effectively being fined for flagrant abuses against their customers and the Federal system. To knowledge and research, only one lending institution was indicted and tried in the Federal system. That happened in 2010 when Federal indictment followed by trial brought to the attention of the public the secondary lending market. The name of this secondary lender was Taylor Bean and Whitaker. On 14 counts of white collar crime and the theft of 2.9 billion dollars this lender was found guilty. Sadly, the USA is headed for another recession. All of the large corporations have ties to the banking industry and for most the mortgage industry. I have had personal experience with these institutions. To remain the number one country in the world, banking and mortgages must stay intact. Sadly, the crimes committed are sanctioned by paying fines. We now live in the balance of extreme wrong doing which could topple the entire world.

The customer service with the banker Ivelisse Phadke is horrible. She was rude from the beginning and continued to speak in Spanish even after I said I don’t speak Spanish. After I explained what I came in for, she started typing away on her computer without acknowledging me. It felt like she didn’t even hear what I needed help with. Then she dialed someone and was sitting on hold for a while without ever explaining to me who she was dialing for “help”. I was beginning to wonder if she even remembered I was still there. She was very friendly and warm with the representative on the phone. Once she hung up, her demeanor changed back to rude immediately. She also took away my ATM card and did not explain why and only said it cannot be used anymore, I cannot give it back to you. She cut it up in front of me without asking if it was okay. She also got nothing accomplished and told me I would have to return with certain documents after I was there for over an hour. She could have told me this from the beginning and saved me an hour. I will never return to this branch again after the way I was treated. So unprofessional.

There customer service is not where it should be at. The lady with glasses and black hair behind the counter are very disrespectfully and very inappropriate. I will never recommend anyone to this location they judge off appearances

Hostile. Do not bank here or at least deal with the lady insidem super rude, I worked for banks before and I know she is doing too much to catch something corrupt, not all of us are broke sweetheart.

Love my PNC I have been banking with them since I was 18 it's been 34 years and I'm still with them wouldn't change it. Their customer service is excellent and all very helpful. I definitely recommend them 100%. Bank with PNC you will not regret it..??
