I drive distance because this is my fave Plato’s in the Tampa Bay Area. might have to look around a bit, but can always find great items for the low. Took advantage of their 90% off clearance, and the girls there are always so helpful especially Denice. She is attentive and knowledgeable, even recommended me great places to eat in the area when I’m over this way

Everything looked fine, great customer service. They just didn't have what I was looking for this time, but I'll be back next Sunday when my wife drags me outta bed to Radiant.

Don’t waste your time here. They don’t even bother to make it look like they went through your bag.

DO NOT SELL TO THIS PLACE!! they do not look through your clothes at all, and they don't give you a good reason as to why they aren't letting you sell. I recently sold to them and received all 4 of my items back which were literally a dress and 3 tops brand new and in latest fashion the brands were SHEIN, Cider, and forever 21. they told me they couldn't take the clothes because they "didn't have enough inventory" and when I asked then why was I able to do a sell in the first place I received no other answer but a "I don't know". horrible place of business terrible customer service DO NOT SELL AND DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

The service is terrible, the district mangers are idiots. You walk into the store and immediately feel judged and they will always lowball you. The management is terrible.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! the workers are super unprofessional and don't even sort through the clothes properly . I was a shopper , and heard them wanting to personally buy others people clothes but not give them the money for it . I went to get checked out and had my items rung up wrong and incorrectly. I've also donated clothes to this place before and literally have received like 2 dollars ( I declined) but they don't focus on their job. This place is TRASH !!

Good experience shopping there.....Bad, Bad, Bad experience selling my clothes there...staff is CLUELESS, DISORGANIZED , will not bring anything there again....They couldn't find my returns, could not give me a print out-of the items they purchased , and how much they paid for each item.Ah if you don't take the money on the spot, they refuse to give your money latter and you HAVE TO use in store credit ....Come on #platoscloset get a grip !

what a crappy place. took about 100 items. lots of blouses and dresses and skirts. all nice stuff. some Michael kors. some stuff from tj maxx, jc penny, macys. you get the pint. . some still had tags on it. they took 14 items. most of it was old navy. when you look at what they sell it is for very young people. high school. maybe college. the clothes on the racks look like stuff I'd buy at Salvation Army. if you bought stuff at papaya and washed it 59 times till it was faded, we'll this is where you can resell it. Carrollwood store is same too!! not a place for adults.

Selling process was fast. Stopped here multiple times and usually find something every time. The store is always clean and most of the employees are helpful, although they could look happier.

Never want to give a bad review but this location deserves it. The staff at this location made me feel like an inconvenience while i was trading with them and buying from them. They took 16 items of mine and gave me $34?! As for the bad looks and unprofessional behavior, i won’t be coming back:/

Do not sell here! I brought in a box full of items; new with tags free people, zara, jcrew, abercrombie etc and they did not take any of it. I thought it was weird but then I looked in my box and noticed everything was still perfectly folded they way I left it...they didn't even go through it!

Went in to sell some clothes, the person who greeted us was so sweet and explained how they purchase things and that set the tone for us when we decided to shop while we waited. However we noticed while shopping another employee was being rude to other customers at the changing rooms, she was also rude to customers that she checked out before I went up to her checkout station. She had forgotto give them back their clothes and instead of handing their bag and suit jacket back to them she tossed them on the ground by the clothing purchase drop off station and walked away. Then her interaction with us wasn’t the best. When we got the money from the clothes they took we wanted to buy the clothing we put on hold. She went to look for it and couldn’t find it but my husband spotted it and pointed it out and in a snarky tone she says “we don’t put things up there”. We both said “no you’re fine” and “that’s okay” to her but she still had a sour attitude. We paid and my husband says to her “have a great day” and she barely responded like “yeah you too” again with an attitude. I ended up leaving not saying bye to the first person we met who was again so sweet. So I feel bad about that but I was already upset and wanted to get out of there. Idk if I’m going to go back even though we found a lot of things we liked.

I’m a big fan of selling at this location. They buy every day, not select days like Label Swap, which is great. Most of my clothes are “gently used” so I’m able to offload nicely and make a few bucks which is great. The staff are generally nice & usually the sales are done in under two hours, even when the store is super-busy.
