Don't work here. Very unorganized, and unprofessional. I got injured on the job. I was told to go to their doctor, instead of mine. They never paid the bill, 6 months later I'm still getting billed. There HR department is non existent.

I worked for this company from 2013 through 2015 and yes i have the correct company as i worked at Mercedes Benz of OP(Brumos of Jacksonville) at the time. This company is mediocre a t best and are completley unorganized.. I had an actual pay check bounce while working for this company and my accounts actually got frozen. So do not comment saying i didnt work for this company to try and save an image! This company is so terrible that Mercedes actually offered to keep all Pinnacle employees who were willing to stay at the dealership due to Pinnacle being so unproffesional in the way they deal with employment. This company is a joke and I truly hope a future business does see this and turns away from this company.

Loved the detailing aspect and the training was excellent all the way through. Training was very fun and exciting. It was after training that things were difficult. Promises not kept. I understand covid however after things should have resumed and given as promised. Met some really great people and had lots of fun. Great job for a teen who doesn’t know what they want to do in life. Young managers need to be taught how to communicate and not show favoritism to their team. Love the job!! Thanks for the opportunity.

My husband Richard McLaughlin sent out an application to Sun Toyota , that's is where this begins.. He had an interview With Andrew Medberry he was told they would get back to him. Finally after 10/12 days the phone rings asks him if could start work tomorrow. He said he would call him in the morning around 10 am. It came and went Richard called him 3 times and he never pick up but he did leave 3 messages to call either way . He did not handle this situation professionally. Stay clear from a company that hires unreliable agents.

This company is a JOKE. In the 6 months that I worked for this company I was relocated THREE times, all without notice or an attempt to help me find another location, because the dealerships I worked at terminated their contracts with this joke of a company. They offer monetary incentives such as safe driving bonuses for a certain number of days without an incident, and of the 3 times my location met that goal, I never once saw a dime. Management is laughably bad, I’ve had managers not show up to work multiple times and I’ve had coworkers do whatever they wanted because nobody was trained properly.

While getting my S series repaired at mercedes benz of tampa, I noticed that many of the people on the drive were wearing gold name tags. I asked my mechanic and he said they were from a different company. I chatted one of them up and asked about them. Apparently, they're from Pinnacle. They opened my door and helped me with my son, they connected me with a salesman and even made my coffee exactly the way I asked. Whatever it is you're doing, keep doing it. It was my favorite experience so far at mercedes!

Great growing company with lots of potential. The automotive industry isn't an easy industry to work in but definitely worth it. I've been in the auto industry going on 10 years now so I'm aware. It's unfortunate I see so many horrible reviews. I'm looking forward to continue growing with pinnacle and building the brand.
