While I bought my rings here and the service was great. Every single time I call no one answers the phone. I ended up having to take my rings to Kay's Jewelers to have them cleaned and inspected. It is the strangest thing that a jewelry store does not answer their phone but they don't.

Marguerite Williams was our specialist and she was phenomenal. My husband and I, had came a time before the last time we actually bought our wedding rings ? , and she vividly knew exactly who we were and what I liked from the time before meaning she pays attention to every little detail ?.

Jennifer and Marguerite were absolutely wonderful, and patient, in helping me replace a lost wedding ring!
Buying an engagement ring with a certification outside of GIA prompted several questions, but Jennifer and Marguerite answered all of our questions honestly and professionally.
We took the ring to our local independent GIA appraiser and she graded the diamond exactly the same as the GSI rating and valued the ring for more than what we paid!
I could not be more thrilled with my Pnina Tornai ring and will always be a Jared customer!

I never go out of my way to write a bad review but I have to here. I have been going to Jared since 2018 to get my rings cleaned and maintained. I have NEVER had such bad customer service with a Jared as I did with this location. Jennifer worked with me to get my rings resized and cleaned and they missed filed my rings and waited until the last possible minute to complete my rings. She was super unprofessional and had terrible customer service. I will never come back nor purchase any more jewelry from a Jared again. Awful experience.

On the occasion of our #18 anniversary celebration we arrived at this incredible place; Jared jeweler's where Nicole and Liz, in addition to being two beautiful women, also showed themselves to be excellent salespeople and specialists. With great kindness and patience they helped me choose a gift for my wife resulting in a dazzling diamond ring. We were very satisfied and grateful. In the future I will continue doing business with them. I recommend this place 100%.
