“When the large chain pharmacies were not able to provide my type 2 diabetic medicine after waiting over 60 days for my back ordered med to come in, I called Palms Pharmacy and asked if they had my med. They said it has been very hard to come by. Then they asked what level dosage I was on and said they would check with their wholesaler and call me back either way.They called back and said they could get what I needed. They had me send them a text of my Medicare Card, so I didn't have to change my schedule yesterday. They then called me back with the price and said if was agreeable they would order it.Palm Pharmacy did more in less than an hour than the big pharmacies did in 60 days.They were very pleasant, helpful and kind! They treated me like a human being with a need, not just another Medicare # . They are awesome!JBP”

“Gentlemen, this place is wonderful, they attend to you kindly and solve the problem that you are requesting. I had left my phone in an Uber and they lent me one to call. They were attentive to my situation. To make matters worse, when I went to swipe the card, it didn't work for me. Well, the account was new and I was having trouble making a payment of more than a certain amount of money and one of their employees paid for me and I transferred the money from the account of another relative of mine. “I LOVE going to Publix! Everytime I go regardless of time, everything is always fresh. Yes, once in a blue moon I have a bad experience like I have to wait longer than expected for a sandwich, or there was no fried chicken left. “It's a top-notch store. Prices are higher than Wal-Mart, but it's well stocked. Everyone treats you right, and the floor is clean enough to eat off of! Plus, they have the upstairs snack lounge. (They let us charge our phones after the hurricane when our power was out. ?) Everyone in the pharmacy is super nice and personable. The one who looks like young Vincent Van Gogh was "the best" and kindest, going out of his way to help me with a difficult prescription issue. Too bad their stock is not publicly traded. ?”
