Had a great time at Peter Glenn today. I came in with little to no knowledge on boots for skis and they took the time to thoroughly teach me about the different sizes and fittings. Huge thank you to Paul as this is the only ski shop we will go to from now on!

Amazing fitting with lots of tips and tricks for ski gear! This place is the absolute best! We came from Canada to check this place out and sooooo glad we did!!!

10/10 will come back and see Paul. Came in today and while there were plenty of customers, I didn’t feel like they were rushing anyone. Paul really listened to what I needed and in between shared his experiences. From that knew I found the perfect boot guy in the sunshine state. I ended up purchasing the Nordica HF 85 W ski boots and I’m excited to get in them after having issues with my old/new boots purchased elsewhere. Store staff was extremely friendly, including the doggo in the back that desperately wanted some belly rubs. If you’re a skier and close enough to this store you should definitely come take a look.

Ski boots. Mike was excellent from beginning to the end of the buying process. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very professional. I came up with the idea to try 3 different pairs of boots. He recommended some other brand based on my feet measurements. It was fitting perfectly. I would like to recommend this store. Also, I would like to give an appraisal to Mike for all effort and customer service.

Good selection on clothes not so much on ski boots and skis. Prices are high compared to others.

Went to Peter Glenn to get snowboarding gear for my daughter. This place is legit… quality brands and staff that knows their stuff. My daughter got great help in trying out different options and we left feeling confident she made the right choices. I can’t say we’ll be buying a lot more snow gear living in Florida, but if we do, we’re not going anyplace else.

Very poor customer service. We went to this store twice today to be helped. The first time we were looking at bindings and a worker said “I have something going on here, can you move?”. He was just showing a lady snowboards and we were in the area before he even walked over there. The second time we waited forever so we could try on some boots and were blatantly ignored. Multiple people helping one guy with a snowboard and wouldn’t even acknowledge us waiting to be helped. It’s not like we can go to the back and get the correct sizes ourselves or we would have. Went to Bill Jackson in St Pete and had so much better service. Don not spend money here, go online or to Bill Jackson

Bob was a huge help to us. It was time to replace a ski helmet and Bob helped us select the best fit for our budget and specific needs. I can't believe we'd never seen this store and I'm glad we found it! Absolutely beautiful ski apparel and foundation garments. I'm headed back next week to buy new gloves for the kids. Do yourself a favor and skip online shopping and enjoy top notch service and selection at Peter Glenn

This was our first time purchasing skis/snowboards, boots, and bindings after years of rentals. We had no idea what to expect, but we're absolutely not prepared for the level of excellent customer service we received.Robert made sure everything fit perfectly and matched our level of ski/snowboarding skills and needs all while juggling other customers with ease! I really cannot speak highly enough of him. We will absolutely be back to purchase more gear in the future!

We love the staff at Peter Glenn. Robert is quite possibly the most knowledgeable ski tech and product specialist we’ve ever met. There isn’t one thing he doesn’t know about all of the gear, old and new. He takes time to explain why it works the way it does, how it works and what that means to you. He can juggle many customers at the same time and everyone feels helped and heard. This is the only place we purchase our gear. Maureen and all the other staff are equally as knowledgeable and pleasant. Excellent.

Great store with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. If you are looking for help with selecting your gear and finding the right fit, you will absolutely find it here. I cannot say enough great things about Robert. He really listens to ensure he matches you with the correct gear. Just listen to him in return, don't be me! I bought the wrong boots last season (I went against his advice because I was more worried about my skis and boots being the same brand and matching in color than how they fit/performed). I had the worst skiing trip because of those boots. When I returned to the store after the trip, Robert went above and beyond to make me a happy customer in the end. I now have boots with the right width and flex and can't wait for a new season to test them out!
