I brought shrimp that was supposed to be ghost shrimp they lied and there actually whisker shrimp I came back in and they told me that I’m wrong even though I toke them to 2 other places confirmed them that they are not ghost and it killed to of my fish… please make sure to watch what they sell you. They don’t even know what they have there. Also no refund I never asked but they say they don’t take refund so just double check when coming here

The lady Mimi is extremely rude. The sign says 5/5 on the canned cat food and when she rang them up they are not you have to buy 5 of the same one when the sign doesn’t say that . She was extremely rude about it and I asked her why it don’t say it and she’s just all around not a pleasant person

Came in today to do a return on fish that were attack by my black shark. Thinking it would be no hassle do to me bringing everything that is needed. But no Miguel the supervisor on duty gave me the hardest time in the world mind you pet supermarket is the only place I buy my pet goods due to the resources that they give you. He told me I wasn’t listening to him and he didn’t care for what I had to say about the situation and told me to listen mind you in situations like this you should never tell a customer to listen and you don’t care for what they have to say. Called his boss and didn’t explain my problem and told his boss I was trying to return the shark when I told him I wanted to return the fish that the shark killed. I asked for customer service number and as I was trying to still explain to him he interrupted me and said “do you want this number or no very rude. I’d advise someone talk to him about customer service because that’s not how it’s supposed to be properly handled may if he explained it and not ignore me and give me attitude I wouldn’t be writing this long complaint. I highly recommend to be attended by someone else do to his attitude problem that he will give you and tell you that you need to listen to him and not him listen to the customer that is having the issue.
Ps I still bought things from the location but with the help of Kate she is so sweet and patient
