Don't count on the online options and availability to match what is actually in store
Update (6/9/24) I order items online for in-store pick up, my order was canceled without any explanation twice, so I had to call a support line just to be told they were out and that's why they canceled it

No issues outside of the assistant store manager, Jennifer. The location is very clean and well stocked, and I would leave a five star review of it weren't for her. When we walked up to the counter, she was seemingly training, but being very rude to who she was training. The trainee had a question, and Jennifer snapped at the girl saying that the customers were more important...which as the customer, made me really uncomfortable. If the girl quits, I wouldn't blame her.

Beth is absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions when we called and she stocks many fish that are hard to find elsewhere. Due to her knowledge and the wide variety in stock we went far out of our way to visit this location. The knowledge and care that Beth has for the fish and store really makes this location shine. Awesome experience and we will be back! Thanks again Beth :)

I visited the store a couple days ago to get my dogs fitted for harnesses. It was very difficult due to their body shape. Jennifer went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and trust me it was not an easy task. After many fittings and much effort, she found something that worked for both of my babies. She knew my pups were stressed out as was I. She continually checked up on us while we shopped, answered my questions, and gave recommendations. She is a rockstar, and she deserves to be recognized.

More useful products than Petco and PetSmart. Neither of the stores mentioned had duck food or sizable amounts of dried mealworms/worm mix for any type of birds.
The prices for what I bought were cheaper than what I've been paying on Amazon. On the way out I saw a cat house that was also priced well, so I picked it up and my cat loves it.

I own a LOT of various types of animals, so I shop around a lot of different pet stores and this specific location is my absolute favorite. The prices range from $-$$$ (depends on what you're looking for). But, the staff is what really keeps me coming back. I absolutely adore them
NATE, is super friendly and knowledgeable. Always polite and smiling with a super positive attitude; you can really tell he has a passion for aquatics. ???
JENNIFER, is an absolute angel. Very knowledgeable as well, great with crowd control/management. She is a Rockstar. ?? ???
JAMES, at the register is always amazing. Always polite and friendly and willing to assist. I always feel super bad because I'm usually one of the last people in the store (I get off work right before they close) but they've never once made me feel unwelcome or a burden.
There is one other woman that works there, I have to get her name but she is a sweetheart as well. But these three I mentioned here, are the reason I continue to come back to this location. ??
