I had a great shopping experience Connor the sales rep service rep is the man very excited about the opportunity to exercise more get out more ride and get fit. Thank you for helping me with answering every question I had. My wife and I are from the east coast of Florida but went camping near the Tampa area. For several weeks now we had been discussing getting e-bikes and decided while in Tampa for dinner we would go take a look at Pedego e-bikes. Research I had done indicated they were good quality. Scott at Pedego in Tampa was EXTREMELY helpful and very informative. We left to go eat to mull over getting the bikes. Scott made the decision pretty easy with the plethora of information he provided regarding the bikes. We have had our Pedego Elements just about 2 weeks and absolutely love riding them. I highly recommend Pedego and Pedego in Tampa. Thanks Scott.

Great service! I went there to test ride a bike and I was well informed about everything in the bike the staff friendly and knowledgeable,every question I had was answered on the spot.The color variety on the bikes was amazing and the build quality as well.

I highly recommend Pedego Tampa! I totally meant to post back in November when we bought our bikes. I do have to say how much we love them and ride them daily! We were able to take these on our anniversary trip and had a blast (including the bear encounter)! So glad we found y'all! Thanks for everything Jennifer and Steve!

So many reasons why to buy from Pedego Tampa, like family owned business,owners enjoys selling bikes and making their customers happy. Steve fulfilled every reasonable request that I had and then some! Pedego bikes have a quality built-in with a five year warranty!

I could tell the minute I walked into the store that Pedego would live up to my expectations in terms of customer support and quality of product. Rick was very helpful identifying the right bike for me. I am still in shopping mode but know that Pedego will be on my short list for my new eBike. The only negative I can come up with is cost of the bike. I do understand that you have to pay for quality but hoping prices come down slightly before I bite the bullet.

Pedego bikes are so much fun!!! If you ever need a bike that does not require much effort to drive and easy to operate, these bikes are for you. Also seems very low maintenance. The renting process was so easy! The person working that day was extremely kind. We needed to rent a bike for our engagement shoot at the beach and the Pedego bike was perfect. 10/10 would recommend

We were visiting Tampa from Chicago and decided to rent some electric bikes. We visited the Tampa Hyde Park location and worked with Steve. He was really great, super friendly and very knowledgeable about the bikes. He also gave us great recommendation about places to ride in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Steve at Pedeago bike shop in Hyde Park Village was very pleasant and helpful. We were newbies to electric bikes. He patiently explained our options and matched us to the perfect bikes. He gave us water and directed us to the best place to ride. The pedego bikes were easy to use and provided a smooth, enjoyable ride. This afternoon was a highlight of our Tampa trip.Thank you, Steve.

Kudos to Jennifer for doing such a great job working with me and my daughter today!Jennifer took the time to explain and help me understand what I didn't know about ebikes and what I should take some time to learn.I got to do a test ride and was able feel the power of ebike-ing.I chose to rent for 5 days and explore some of my favorite Florida spots in a totally different ebike way.
