This is the worst Dr. Office ever. Poor service and poor staff. I will never come back to this place ever again!! 11:15 am appt, empty lobby and not called back until 12:45. Doesn’t help the front desk lady saying “there all standing back there doing nothing having a jolly time” then you get back there and tell them what you need and they give all these alternatives that don’t help you one bit. So basically you go to this doctors office to wait for over an hour for nothing. Just found me a new PCP, screw them!! Never go to a Dr.‘s office down from Mc Donald’s and next door to a Family Dollar. You will get poor service & poor care.

I love this Dr. If you need to know the truth, hes going to give it to you. But he cares very much for his patients and is very thorough. The staff is always willing to help me with my needs. Great Dr Office!

I gave 4 stars because pf front desk staff they need a class on how to interact with people because they are kind of rude.As for patel..He is Good he is also Honest!(sometimes brutally honest)but he listens to your concerns and gets to the issue no matter how many test he needs to order.and i can appreciate that

This doctor listened to what I had to say and pin pointed my problem. I had gone to another well known doctor and it was all about the money.

Dr.Mangesh Patel is very opinionated. He has poor demeanor when it comes to children. His bedside manner is disgusting.

he is a revolving door of people gets them in and pushes them out. i have a few health problems including some being ones you cant see. he tells me that they are are not real, my nerve pain is not real. I have had nerve pain since i was born due to having forceps used on me. however he "had been to some pain management seminars" and hes based his opinion on those. i see a neurologist and had for years. i am on a medication regiment that keeps me out of pain and keeps me active (btw non of which are a controlled substance.) he informed he does not believe in things like Fibromyalgia and all my pain is in my head. So i needed to get off the medication my Neurologist had me on, when i went in to only see if my thumb was broken after slamming it in the truck door. he felt the need to inform me my disease and other issues were made up. and i needed to lose weight.. he also told my husband his back pain was in his head. (his spine is contorted from jumping out of airplanes in the army we found out after a second opinion. My daughter always walks on her toes has since she could walk. he informed me it was all for attention and there is nothing wrong. took her to a foot Dr, and her tenents are not fully developed in the arch of feet. he does not take the time to listen to you fully and once his mind is made up, there is no possible way he could be wrong. Iv had enough and i called to only switch Dr's with my health insurance. after hearing what i had to say and why i was so upset THEY made a formal complaint against him, and that is saying something. I didn't even know they could or would do that without being asked to. and i appreciated them for it. So unless you feel a Dr who is convinced her knows everything is the way to go, id stay away. i personally like a Dr who will go above and beyond to listen to you and help find a solution not shew me off with some unexplained reason. maybe im not used to civilian Dr's, or southern Dr's but iv never been treated with so much disrespect for just asking questions and even when i DONT ask his opinion.

Dr. Mangesh Patel and staff is excellent, I've trusted them with my health and well being for years. I referred my best friend and neighbor, Brian; we are blessed to have them in our corner, when it comes to any issues!

I’ve came to this Dr’s Office a few times now as a walk in, the wait is a bit long but I understand there is people before me with appointments. I find Dr.Patel to be amazing and always takes care of all my concerns and most importantly my health!

Very nice doctor, friendly and cooperative person. The best thing about him is that he doesn't scare you with minor issues.

I went to Dr. Patel yesterday for the first time and he is a great doctor. Yes, you have to wait to see him even if you have an appointment, but he's an old school type doctor who takes time with his patients. He's terrific and he'll be my primary doctor.
