They charge you if your package is barely over weight limit. Most places just ship your package at cost of the large conglomerate mail business cost. But these people would rather charge small businesses. Why bring my business here when you charge me 12$ extra dollars for 2 ounces of weight. Something a usps Dropbox has never done. Messing up my money going here, don’t go here if you own a business nearby I need to ship things.

I don't often leave reviews for stores but I felt the need to write something after experiencing what I went through with my daughter. Earlier in the June, I needed to get fingerprinted and the company required me to go tothis PakMail. They said that I will be required to show 2 forms of identification, with a primary id being government issued. I went there andgot fingerprinted without any issues. In fact, I was not even asked to showmy IDs by the fingerprinter, his name is Andy.Fast forward a few weeks later and my 15 y/o daughter also needs to getfingerprinted for volunteering at a camp. She is also required to goto the same PakMail to get fingerprinted. Again, they mention to her thatshe should bring 2 forms of ID. She just turned 15 so she does not have aDriver's License, but she does have her birth certificate, SSN, and a School ID.When we get there the same gentleman, Andy, immediately looks at her andasks if she has two forms of ID for the fingerprinting. We tell him that we dohave a School ID and also SSN and BC. He then says that may not besufficient and that she will need a government-issued License. We gothrough the process and he says that the system will not let him continuebecause she needs a government issued ID. Of course, I'm very annoyedbecause I just went through the same process and the same fingerprinterdidn't even care to ask for any of my IDs, but NOT for my daughter, so this isall subjective on his end. I remind him of this and of course, he says that hedoes not remember me and that he always applies the rules the same foreveryone. I pull up my registration # and date/time to show him proof buthe is set in his position. The only difference between me and my daughter isthat she wears hijab as a practicing Muslim and that immediately triggeredfor me the discrimination that Muslim women feel being treated differentlyand held to a different standard. Obviously, I will never know what Andywas thinking and perhaps he is just a lazy employee who arbitrarily choosesto do his job properly.Either way, an overall very poor service and very unprofessional by him andthe store. I would not recommend using them for any services.

I always ship here and It is the best place around! Truly no better shipping store, they are so friendly and help me with any shipping hassles. They offer all supplies possible to ship, I run an online business and they are so helpful to my success.

If you look at the reviews don't be fooled, check the dates. Those 5 stars are years old. I used to go there but forgot why I stopped. I went yesterday and they are a rip off. The wanted 30$ for a package. I took it to usps and paid $17. Do your due diligence when checking reviews and check how recent they are.

Very helpful!!Had sent a box to the Philippines, and they look up the pricing for each one of the carriers they use to find the cheapest! (Even made a call to one of the places to find out when it would arrive.Got there just fine also!2 weeks later I go back in there to sent somthing else to the Philippines.They also look up prices for all there careers, so I know what I could pay!!Hands down one best mailing places I been too.
