I thought I had written a review prior, but I needed to come on here and say p&m has integrity. I have been here before as my significant other and their family recommended.. As someone who has no idea about cars, it’s intimidating going to a mechanic. Always scared if they are being honest and P&M has been nothing but more than honest and helpful. From fitting me in when they are booked, so they can at least look at it so I can have an answer. They go above and beyond. If I ever move out of the Brandon area, I will still call p&m first!

Excellent reliable, affordable and honest mechanical services. Very good customer service. Very happy with services performed on two of my vehicles. Also, very knowledgeable and thorough diagnostics. Estimates provided to me in advance of performing work. Service completed on time. I wouldn’t use any other mechanic shop including dealership.

Honest, and helpful. Explains what needs to be done, and they don't, like others, (who mess with your car, so you come back in 2 weeks for some harmless noise, because they loosen a bolt, to make money off you)
I will not go anywhere else! Love these guys!!!

This is wanna the best and most honest place I have been .they fix the problem and not cause the problem like most shops when they lie to you about what you don't need..this place fix your problem and save you money in the long run

I am so glad to come across an automotive shop that have built their business on customer focus,honesty and reasonable and upfront prices for what needs to be fixed. I had an ac issue in need of a compressor & extension valve, front brake pads. P&M diagnosed my issue ,checked part prices gave me an upfront price out the door. I arrived for service at 7am my car was ready at 3:30 pm. Chris gave me a ride home until my car was complete. I really appreciate the warm friendly service because CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOPS WITH ME. IT takes the place of advertisement. Word of mouth and quality service. Ross Chris and the staff thanks for all you do!

I have only taken my car to P&M since I bought it in 2016. They're work is exceptional and reasonable. What mostly I love about them is their honesty, no hidden costs, what estimate they give you is what they charge you.. Best Shop Ever!!
