enclosure unit for pet had overbearing laundry detergent odor which was so powerful the odor pheromones clung to pet when inside oxygen unitshould be careful when company cleans unit from prior use as this issue was not pleasant experience

The staff at oxygen for pets has been great they really helped us with our pet Snickers. The on-call staff came out right away. It was costing us lots of money to keep them at the vet unfortunately our pet was a hospice case with cancer and the oxygen helped him so much even though we only used it for a short while we got to take him home with us it was worth every *****.

Oxygen4Pets was instrumental in helping to get my dog Buffy home from the hospital. Rick was courteous, empathetic at my situation and very knowledgeable about his product. We are not local so he arranged to meet us at the hospital and allowed us to drop it off there for him to pick up. I would recommend him and his service to anyone who needs this for their fur baby! Forever grateful.

I am forever Greatful that Oxygen for pets exists ?. The service was impeccable.I kindness and understanding I received for my situation was above and beyond. Especially for my last-minute decision on a Friday night. Then to be so quick to respond to my messages on a Saturday to walk me through what I needed to do to help my sweet baby girl becomfortable (hospice care) until we were able to help her cross the rainbow Bridge. Your oxygen services provides so many other healing opportunities that I will forsure to pass the information on to other's. Thank you so very very much

Rick was amazing, understanding and quick to help with our 5 year old Standard Poodle, Ace. The oxygen we were able to give him helped Ace tremendously while he was at the beginning stages of fighting a fungal disease (Blastomycosis) in his lungs. He’s still fighting this disease with medication, however, now has a much better change of survival. This service to pet owners is remarkable! Thank you!

Oxygen4Pets literally helped save my Foxie dog’s life. She had a pulmonary embolism and after she survived that, in order to bring her home, I needed oxygen for her. Rick was very helpful and very professional while helping me set up my account and once I received the unit. Without the O2 generator and specialized cage my girl wouldn’t be with me today. I’m extremely grateful to them for what they do and for every day I have with my girl!

Our little Mattie developed a breathing problem but had been in an oxygen tent at the Colorado Vet Center. His diagnosis was not good but we wanted him to spend the time he had left in our home. The Oxygen4Pets quickly pulled the equipment together for us and shipped it right out. I called when it arrived and they walked us through the process of setting it up. It was great to have the oxygen tent for days when Mattie was having shortness of breath. We knew his stay with us would be short but he did well at home and some days much better. When he passed, we felt at peace with our decision to bring him home and knew with the oxygen tent he had the care he needed.

Our French bulldog, Baby Finster was in need of post operative care.Rich overnighted an oxygen tent for therapy. Our precious little dog’shealing time was cut in half. At the veterinarian’s request we continuedthe treatments and before you know it he was up and running aroundlike a spunky little puppy. Thank you Rich & your staff for walking us throughthe process.

My dog was sent home for hospice and for her comfort we reached out to Oxygen4pets and they rush the equipment to our home in just a few hours it was headed out way. Turned out the vet was wrong and we got a second opinion that reviled nothing wrong with our dog. We reached back out to Oxygen4pets and they cancelled the rush shipment and refunded the shipping fee. We appreciate the efforts they did for us and our little family member. Glad to know there is someone out there that has good in their heart in these days of so many without itThank you Oxygen4Pets

Rick was so helpful and quick to respond to our urgent need for an oxygen tent for Angel our precious cat. She was diagnosed with Valley Fever and was struggling to breathe. We didn't want to leave her at the Vet and have her struggle without.us. She was only with us for a short time but the oxygen made such a big difference for us all. Rick was great to answer any questions whenever I called him, and treated us with compassion. The tent was very easy to set up and very easy to put back together when we sent it back. Oxygen4Pets was a blessing to us.

My little Mimi (Maltese) was diagnosed with lung cancer, she had a mass the size of one of her lungs, she was at the emergency vet and I could not take her home unless she was on oxygen, I cried and called thousands of places trying to get an oxygen concentrator and none of the places that I called provided oxygen for pets, I was desperate after spending hours on the phone with no success I called Oxygen for pets, Brett answered my phone call I explained what was going on he was so compassionate, and focused on getting the oxygen concentrator for my Mimi as soon as posible, he was clear and patient, there were instructions that I had to follow and he said “don’t worry if you remember the instructions I will send them to you” I received the oxygen concentrator on the exact date that he said I was going to get it, he was a blessing for my little Mimi as were were able to bring her home and continue to take care of her, throughout that time every time that I communicated with Oxygen for pets they replied to my messages right away, they have an amazing service, I felt that for them is about taking care of their clients to provide the best care for their pets as their wonderful service and compassion continued throughout the time that we had the oxygen concentrator and even after I returned the concentrator they let me know of some issues with the shipping, they kept me updated and the were so kind and took care of the problem.AMAZING COMPASSIONATE SERVICE!They have a special place in my heart, thanks to them we were able to bring my Mimi home♥️

I was very excited to get the machine only for it to rip before I ever used it. I notified the company and they said it was bc a piece had slid out and it was no big deal. You also need to pay for shipping to and from which they were not clear on. They send a shipping sticker with the machine and I used that but was charged another amount for sending back which I was not aware of. The no big deal ended up costing me about $150 in damages. We have no idea how many times these carriers have been used. If it rips on the first day it is safe to say maybe it wasn’t in the best condition. Either way I tried to initially speak to him about the cost and my texts were ignored . I didn’t find out till I looked at my CC statement. When I said I was going to leave a review about my experience I was told to grow up. I would not use this company. They lack basic communication skills and empathy. There are better companies, use them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
